Some people might be doing this but it's not really possible for everyone so let's just see gambling as an entertainment thing where you might win some money if we are lucky and get back to our old boring life, it's bitter but better though.

At first, I believe everyone comes to gambling to gain profit. That happens because they do not know in depth what will happen in gambling.

But after they know, I am sure they will change it to just have fun. Many people end up trapped because they realize it too late. I do not recommend gambling as an alternative to making money.

Seeing gambling as an alternative way to make money is wrong, it is not right, it is something that cannot be done, whoever thinks it is like that will have huge losses of money, the casino and gambling should be seen as what it is, as a game and not as an Alternative source of economy, we should always start from there and see things as they are, we should not Romanticize this, whoever does so will simply lose money, the issue is good for others to realize the reality of what it means to play in a casino.

Some consider it as just a recreation activity while others see it as the hope of getting something better than what they possess. In fact, such hopes are only an illusion that does not come true, especially when people hope to resolve their financial difficulties through sheer luck. It is generally true that the more people seek quick riches, the higher the risks involved they are bound to take. This makes us need to first ask ourselves more questions that may help us to avoid engaging ourselves in something that can affect our future in the future. Even if there are those who consider it as just a form of entertainment and possesses self-restraint, then there might not be much of an issue.

However, for those people, who have financial constraints as their one and only shot, the potential problem is a considerably higher one. In this world, there are many such incidents where people act in such a way to gain something that is not guaranteed just to find that they are losing more than they wanted in the process. You do have a point though, taking gambling as an alternative source of income is really not worth it. Your alternative source of income can blow up your main source of income on this scenario lmao. You might end up being in debt for using gambling as your alternative source of income rather you should look for better and more reliable sources. Gambling will just suck the hell out of your income, I know there are profits sometimes but I will much more prefer a reliable and stable source than gambling even if it takes me a lot to get it.

The bookies saw this writing and laughed, he had made a lot of money from gambling and earned money from gambling fans... The POV of the gamblers is that they feel proud of one win even though their history is losing nine times... yes in every game there is always hope, and that is what makes everyone survive, hoping for something big to come, at least once in their life.

Gamblers get pleasure from playing, and every game has to pay... the final result is to get profit, clearly it is a bonus... while their pleasure has been paid for, some people say it is clear... although I know, that many people regret it more when they spend money and lose.

Probably the worst thing if we intend to use it as our source of income as we all know it wasn't stable and profitable in the long run. Making a fortune with gambling is just a chance and without luck we're done. Operators are just literally  milking players of course because at the end of the day they will always be the true winners.

I think most gamblers do not really understand that the casino itself is at all ends of making a profit and as such the odds are always in the favor of the casino hence the mechanism is designed to favor the house. The goal of gambling for fun is only to reduce problem gambling. When gamblers chase money, they always have problems because they must lose, and no one wants to lose, so in order to gain, they make decisions that lead them into the trap of compulsive gambling. 

Gambling for fun, in my opinion, is not a cure for compulsive gambling because some gamblers gamble for fun and later regret it. Thus, gambling within limits is the only practice that can keep a gambler safe.
