for those of us who have been around bitcoin for some time now, we have experienced all the lows and the highs of bitcoin we know that after a bull run we will experience a bearish season that is just how the cycle is but i don't think the general masses are aware that bitcoin undergoes cycles

with countries like el salvador and usa highlighting bitcoin by integrating it into their future plans, how do you think they will take the following bear cycle? do you think trump is aware of this cycle? or will he also be anxious and listen to people who will spread fud during a time where the market is down?

For countries trying to adopt bitcoin as national reserve have in all means studied the market and knows the principles imbibing bitcoin so I don't think that would be an issues, and yes, was it not this same government that was against bitcoin at the first place?
Yes they are, they have studied bitcoin movement and understand that bitcoin has two phase of life which is the bull run and bear run so I think whenever they sees the bear section they would use it to accumulates more bitcoin than panicking over the price when dip. + 1 karma for you

The thing is... what bearish cycle, where...  we have been in a range of +90k (average) and with volatile touches to 100k... and from what is expected in 2025, we will have the complete opposite, but regardless of what it is, it's great to think that bearish cycles are now determined by ranges, and not by crashes, I think bitcoin is entering a new phase of sustaining percentage cycles that should not exceed 15%, removing the stigma of seeing it fall in long periods by percentages greater than 25%.

bearish.... we already know that and it will happen suddenly.. the market will crash and all assets will be red, and you start checking cryptocurrency news portals to find out the cause... that's when you will know that the bearish moment is really happening...

this has become a normal market cycle, but for Bitcoin, in the long term in 10 years, I believe it still has good potential to be held... the fundamentals are still strong and the opportunities are still big... the main thing to note is to always be aware of the bearish moment, make sure you have a plan to avoid losses from the bearish phase.

Trump knows the cycle. He owns stocks and shares which also have a cycle of it's own. If there will be bear season while he bought BTC for the reserves, he won't be affected but only the stash of the government.

But most of us would be anxious that we all might sell when markets go south fast. Taking profit will be the obvious course of action.

It's not like Trump doesn't know anything about the bear season. He has been a Bitcoin hater before, and he has seen some ups and downs in the last couple of years. Trump commented negatively about Bitcoin a couple of years ago. That is probably when Bitcoin reached 20K. But Bitcoin went back to $3K or a similar range after that, and look where we are now.

So, I believe he knows about the bear season. He is appointing some crypto specialists, and I believe he would discuss Bitcoin with them. Even if Trump is not aware of the massive bear dump, crypto specialists know about it and will inform Trump.

When the bear comes those who are still unaware will understand crystal clear than others before and more will be able to HODL or buy more since the rate FUD has reduced. People has more trust in Bitcoin potential now, not like before where they can be a significant dip and many will just see their trust shaky with various FUD news.

To me I still think the bull season has not ended, since many still strong belief that we are still in the bull and once Trump take charge, they may also be influenced by his first statement about bitcoin on sit. Anyway, the dropped things time around won't be that significant as before, market sentiment is stronger now.

Trump would go after the prestige of the reserves, not after Bitcoin itself, imo.
Nothing wrong with thinking that the possibilities are just getting out of our noses - we just need to focus and stay calm amidst the storm.

For every big bodies or investors that comes into the crypto space, they being big investors, knows the risks behind Bitcoin and crypto currency industry. For countries that are looking at adopting the use of crypto (Bitcoin to be precise) I believe they know the behaviour and nature of Bitcoin. As traders knows the very importance of accumulating more coins in every bear market, so will these countries, cause they will also have special analysts that will also be in the market, using every little opportunity to acquire more coins. To me, I see every bear market will be a major time for them to acquire more of the coins they wish to accumulate.

Well, we don't need to worry because governments have so many advisors from the finance department or can hire people who can be called "experts" in this (crypto) field, to advise what is good and what's not. Usually, news media have whistleblower inside these offices who can hear what are the movements of the offices, when they will buy or sell. Well, some announce it publicly to pull some supporters to buy too, just like El Salvador usually do.

I don't think that countries that have adopted Bitcoin or are thinking of buying Bitcoin as a strategic reserve will miss such important information, they have certainly studied Bitcoin's life cycles and know everything about it before making this decision.

As for El Salvador, I think it has gone through a bearish season before, but as for the United States and other countries, I think they are aware of these risks and have calculated all possibilities, but of course the decline will be opportunity for opponents of Bitcoin in the parliaments of these countries to start their screaming against Bitcoin.

Actually I'm sure that they, the big guys must have understood something like this. Because after all, the Bearish and Bullish cycles are no longer new. and they have been involved in the crypto world for a long time, it's just that some are immediately visible and some are not.

El Salvador actually started in the middle of the bearish and they understood its potential. That's why I'm sure in the future bearish, they are ready for it all. you are overestimating how much people do not do their research you will see people get too excited and enthusiastic about the prospect of money that their brain short circuits and all they want to do is buy buy buy and then make huge profits without knowing the risks they dive down head first which is not always a good thing

So, I'm very sure that they will take the advantage of this bullrun season, too. They even may have the similar target with us, they will take profits before the bearish season is coming.
