Yes, there is no doubt about that, in fact many years ago some people in 2017 tried to make a script to be able to win at dice, but the truth is they never could, on the Contrary what they did was lose big, so I think a person would get these kinds of things, or at least there is not yet enough intelligence to be able to predict an event, neither a casino nor any other event, those who promise this at this time is because they are really telling lies
i do not think there will be any technology advanced enough to predict the future only time will tell life is so unpredictable and there are a thousand events that could turn out and we would not know which one of these thousand events would play out in real life
Quote
I think that to be able to predict such things you have to go beyond the technology that we still have.
and what would that be? people are turning to spiritual tools to predict the future but even that is unreliable and i do not personally believe in such things

Gambling can be said to be rational when calculative processes has been applied in winning a particular game when staking. No serious  minded gambler stakes without applying certain critical and logical tools. The process and ability of subjecting your plans into achieving success while placing a bet is what defines the rationality of betting in gambling.

I do not believe this is where the rationality of gambling is assessed. What critical and logical tools can a gambler use to increase his chances of winning? None. Even AI does not guarantee accuracy.

In my opinion, rationality is not the strategy or tools we use in gambling because we cannot predict the outcome of a game regardless of the tools used, so the more we look for a more sophisticated tools, the more likely we are to lose, and the seriousness you mention becomes unreasonable when a gambler is not winning.

My submission is that being rational entails taking charge of what you can control, such as your time and finances. A gambler who does not spend a lot of time gambling, in my opinion, is rational. A gambler who sets a fixed stake and sticks to it to avoid irreversible loss is rational.

Lol no, spiritual things should not be handled to make predictions of that style, personally I am a person who believes that technology is not yet as advanced as it should be, how is it possible that even at the doors of a millennium there are no cures for cancer or HIV, although looking at it well there are already, so if they have not launched those cures, what can we expect for things like predictions? AI is something that should be more advanced, however it is not, or we do not have access to true AI, I think that everything has to happen according to AI combined with quantum technology, for me everything will go that way.

But in this, how much sure are you about your winnings if we applied rationality in this aspect? To me it's about 1 or 0, either +1/-1. What we can consider here mostly is gambling with chance and of course luck is mostly considered whenever you apply your technicalities towards gambling what you should be expecting next is how luck you could be to win the game and when luck counts on you it would seems like you are pro gambler but without knowing luck definitely speaks much here.

I personally do not see any rationality in gambling, gambling is an exercise to be avoided by anyone who has vision and target.
Gamblers are full of regrets and I don't think gambling is profitable

Yeah you are fully correct.
