I brought this up to the contest manager and he stated it's open for all Altcointalk participants
Even those that registered a day or days after.
I think they are going with the more the merrier
Having a Noob account shouldn't limit options.

I also think the same as @examplens seems like they use altaccount because the logic is that the account registration is after the Announcement Contest is made.
I also intend to join this Coinomize contest because I have written Reserved on February 5th but unfortunately I do not have much time to create my work, the reason is my real work is very busy.

And regarding the winner of this contest I am sure the core team of Coinomize can provide results that are relevant to the rules made. Good luck to all!

Yeah, that's true and he is very good at what he does @art. Well sorry mate for missing out but since you know now maybe you get to join in the next competition by the coinomize team because am certain this is not the last competition they will be hosting.

I'm not complaining, nor am I trying to arrange a contest for a manager. I'm just noticing.

With some newly registered users, a similar art production technique is noticeable.
Certainly, works like these look good, whoever made them is talented and creative. I posted at all to be fair to regular members who may be left without a reward.
