Most of the order focuses on establishing technology and rules around crypto and its development in the U.S. One of the critical pieces is the creation of a working group to consider a national digital asset stockpile, “potentially derived from cryptocurrencies lawfully seized by the Federal Government through its law enforcement effort.”

The order goes on to outline other key priorities for the digital asset industry, including protecting individuals and private sector companies that use blockchain networks from “persecution.”

The president has also pledged to defend the rights of those who choose to self-custody their digital assets.

Yes, this can be the most important executive order coming from POTUS Trump regarding the cryptocurrency business...and I am hoping that some of these points mentioned can be enshrined in laws within the next four years of his administration as we know that executive orders can easily be reversed if the next POTUS in 2028 would come from the Democrats. Another big promise by Trump was then fulfilled...and this is for sure a history in the making. And the whole cryptocurrency industry not just in USA but of the whole world should appreciate this move by DJT and thanks heavens that he won over the crackling Kamala Harris. I am looking forward for more actions and decisions that can positively impact the crypto industry in the next many months of Trump's time in the White House.

I hope it will stay for good, so this could only mean that the cryptocurrency industry is good on Trump's terms, and with this we could expect one all-time high to another.
The outlook is very good now. Some of the things I look forward to are that those countries that restrict cryptocurrency will ease up their restriction, but with how we start Trump's day one in the office where Trump coin headlining in the market, there is a possibility that the meme will continue to pour in the market.
There's going to be good and bad things that's going to happen on Trump's terms, so expect a lot of unexpected things, and hopefully these are all good.

This order is a big move by him to regulate crypto and more regulation is not good for many though but this kind of regulation is much better than the regulations we had in Biden's administration. Crypto adoption will be high in 2025 and I began to sense that again haha as I also sensed it before but the market had some other plans.

The Feb month is going to be very bullish, and we do need news like this, where more adoption is happening, if Trump made more steps towards the promises he made, the market might pump to $150k, which is the biggest target in my prediction.

Many people were skeptical about Trump's intention to fulfill his promises when he officially takes office, honestly I was also one of the skeptics but today we see that Trump has actually started working to fulfill all his promises and issued many important decisions that will change the history of the industry completely.

This is good, to be honest. I guess every person in the crypto world expected such a president. But given the fact that the government was always against crypto and crypto users, I don't think anyone ever dreamed of having such a crypto-friendly president a few years ago. But today, it's become true, and the president is already proving that he actually likes crypto.

I am certain about it. They will go after him because of what his son did. I posted this on another thread, but allow me to post it here again. There is a rumor that Trump's son did all these things and dumped their allocation when the price was skyrocketing. Basically, they made billions of dollars. The token has 1 Billion total supply, and only 200 Million is in circulation. With this 200 million circulation, the total marketcap reached 25 Billion dollars which is now only 6 billion dollars.

So, this was pretty much a planned scam and people didn't get it. I am almost certain trump will face some legal actions because of this memecoin. I am sure the opposition party will take this as a chance to trap him.

Yeah, your are right, at least there is going be strong developments on the crypto space in the next four year or beyond.
i think that once the current regime lead by Donald Trump has set a good background for the crypto economy, after he his tenure, there may be probably a continuous upgrades, innovations from the next administration. However, if the next administration shall be uninterested, they may not be hindrances on the progress already made.

We will enjoy it for the next 3 years but then, who knows what will happen on the next cycle. One thing is still we'll get through with another bull run by that time but these orders that Trump signed will definitely have its contribution to the crypto space. So, as long as it's here we just have to enjoy this run and good thing that Trump did had these and if the next POTUS won't see any difference and not worried at all, it won't be modified nor removed.
