There seems to be a good level resurgence in the interest for projects that connect themselves with AI...so we can then say that they are getting more attracted to small and big investors. I am not yet into AI related projects because I still have to know one that is really innovative, game-changing and not just using the term AI to clinch some boost in popularity and influence. I am then more interested with DePin projects though we also have to be careful as there will always be scammers that will take advantage of anything that is on the news...and just days ago scam accusations swirl on X on Network3 something that really puts me at unease, to say the least.
I totally agree with you, personally what I will say is that if one ever decides to delve into AI-related projects proper research and findings should be done, also one must have a calculated risk very important

You either budge into an AI-sector (which is trendy currently) on your gut and get drained pretty quickly, or you do things responsibly and try to play it safe.
Everybody is free to choose  ;)

Now many AI-based coins are starting to rise quite strongly even though they will eventually be corrected if BTC goes down. It is true as asked above if we correlate it with the behavior of investors who are currently quite smart. they will wait for the timing of what is being talked about and of course the AI sector in crypto is the most discussed topic, this is inseparable from the many large companies that have joined and invested money in this sector.

Not just that they are smart, they really knows how to invest and then get out early after the make a lot of profits from this AI or hype coins right now. However, the money is still on Bitcoin, so maybe there will only be a few AI coins that will take off right now.

So everything is base on timing and yeah being smart and obviously, you should know what you are doing investing on this kind of crypto. As your might lose it big if you are know careful on what kind of AI coins you are going to invest.

If you look at the situation on Binance, for example, most big AI-agent tokens that were listed on 2 of this month got big, biggg minuses on them.
So it's merely a question what would pump them back and why it should be so.

The market is mixed at the moment, with Bitcoin currently in a downtrend and most altcoins following, which speaks volumes about investor cautiousness.
Well what we see currently is not downtrend but a kind of pull-back for the market to gain a bit stability after creating a new ATH, of course this is something that usually happens when the market regularly creates new ATH we will witness a kind of pull back, and instability in the market to gain momentum to bounced back above it's previous level. And yes, investors are always cautious of the market because they aren't that detective to know what the market would turned out to be without their knowledge.

Yeah the trend is keep on pushing in the evolution and technological advancements we have today and of course we will expect something that will soon exist that might be the new trend we are going to embrace just like what we have like NFT's, Memecoins, AI's and what do you think would be next?

Yeah, I agree that the market moves in an impulsive and corrective manner but the market can also make a reversal or a very deep pullback. But look at my chart now it seems investors are getting back into the market with strong buy momentum

I wouldn't be surprised if we recycled past trends with different flavors. We only need one hyped project to be successful to make thousands of them come shortly after that. ICO, IEO, whatever new names it will be is a good example. Even NFTs, RWAs, or these AI-based projects will be recycled unless the market moves on from chasing short/medium trends and focuses more on B2B. I think people mentioned RWAs a few times in the last few months. Maybe we will see RWAs based on AI if there isn't one already on the market.

The market is mixed at the moment, with Bitcoin currently in a downtrend and most altcoins following, which speaks volumes about investor cautiousness. In contrast, the AI sector of crypto now seems to be the point of discussion, with new developments and projects arising in this space. Interesting to note is that while the crypto market is turbulent, US stocks start to rebound on strong earnings reports. That underlines the fact that sentiment can be very different between asset classes, as in this moment, sentiment within more traditional markets places the crypto space in quite a stark contrast.

What do you think about the present dynamics in the markets? Let's discuss!
I don't think that this will last long. I believe in the term "coupling" and the stock market, and the crypto market move in the same direction (or at least almost the same), except when the crypto market suddenly pumps for no reason at all.

As for the AI sector, I want to believe in the fact that no project or no cryptocurrency is really connected to AI aside from the fact that they're just adding the term AI with their project just to ride the hype, but the reality is, the use case of those coins isn't AI-related either. I don't know when the AI hype will die although it isn't as hyped as meme coins where meme coins are popping here and there, it's a different scenario with AI-related ones, but one thing's for sure. Project developers will maximize the hype for their own sake. :)

Honestly, I can count on my fingers the potential Ai crypto assets I've seen, then the majority of them I don't see any potential in this bull season. But it's good that others are also researching AI crypto assets.

As long as we always base our focus on those that are in the top 10 from Layer 1@2, meme coins, Ai, Nft, Defi games, don't just let the hype get us down.

AI agents are far and wide currently, and they are currently pretty interesting to witness.
Though they are not as trendy and are risky, it's a great way to hop on and try the said trend out.

I also observed the significant changes in the market and this also reflecting to altcoin where ethereum has touched back 3.5k plus, I believe with the way market is going it may likely creates an imaginable price within this period.
Bitcoin has remained with 102-106k for the past few days.
