When is the actual Altseason everyone is talking about

Over the past few years, I've watched coin like XRP, SOL and other crypto pumped massively making new ATH and still you'll still see people on Twitter and other social media saying altseason is coming, so all the pump that happened is not altseason and after they've missed the oppurnity they get another opportunity and still be saying altseason is on the way

Is there a different altseason from the pump that has been happening or I'm the one who is missing something cause for me XRP had it altseason when it made new high

Do not mind those that are still expecting altseason. Last year is for altseason. Some altcoins can still pump but do not expect many of them to pump how they did in 2024. They can not pump the way they pumped in 2024.

XRP is indeed an altcoin, but altcoins are not just XRP... we might see one of the altcoins going up drastically for some reason, and looking at the case of XRP, the main reason is Trump's relationship with the XRP Executive is a special relationship..

Altseason involves a bigger aspect, and there will be so many coins involved that it's not just XRP... some time ago we saw a lot of memecoins pumping, maybe that can be called a meme-season... but altseason, maybe it happened some time ago when the majority of altcoins pumped... or maybe a second wave will come...

Those coins will just keep raising every cycle so if you watched it raising then it's the previous one and currently the expected one is in the mid 2025 just after the Bitcoin so keep watching for the bump and it may happen to any coin and don't forget some coin will just go the opposite and never recover from that point.

its not just you waiting for the altcoin season to happen. have you noticed it that when you wait for things to happen, it actually take too long instead?  its sot of like when you look for a particular thing, you won't find it easily but when you don't, it just appear right infront of you.

maybe its time not to wait for it anymore. i tend not to wait for it anymore. i even sold my altcoins for BTC for i have heard central banks are buying and the prediction was that price may shoot to $200,000 while altcoins may not do the same.

Altcoins season may be regarded as the period whereby the majority of the altcoins rises and pump well to all time high or hit a new height of price hallmark such that it investors have every reasons to be excited about choosing them for an investment for the benefit of the ones that will rise, however, we should have in mind that not all the coins do make it to the altcoins season, because even at that, some among them will still fail to rise by then.

True the best way to not getting hurt when nothing is gonna happen is to not expect for something. Unfortunately for me I lost from altcoin trading especially memecoins last year and a couple of days ago so yeah nothing to expect for me and I don't care anymore if altseason is coming or not but yeah maybe I'll be expecting when will I lose my money again until such time I will be profitable with my trading activity. 😅

But infairness to those who still have something to wait don't worry because we are still in the bull cycle so maybe there is still enough gas for alts to go higher than what we have right now.

The statement of the altcoin season or altcoin bull is something I actually  don't get because a majority of the general bull in the crypto market is basically just and indirect bitcoin bull. This is because based on the market cap of bitcoin and it's strength in the crypto market, a major pump experienced by bitcoin tends to actually influence the general market.
For the case of meme coins, they are basically out of the question if you ask me and that's because all their movements are basically engineered by their top investors both in the pump and dump section.

I think many still don't understand that it has happened already. But with those that don't see that their portfolios not getting a bump for holding other altcoins that didn't moved that much, thinks that there is no altcoin season yet that has happened. As you look into the obvious, you'd see a lot of altcoins from memes to the normal alts that we know, the top alts, most of them have pumped already except for a few but then, what if there is no altcoin season anymore that many are expecting for this year?

Bitcoin halving occurred in April last year, and the bullish era has started since last November. However, there are still many predictions that say that the price of Bitcoin will continue to advance. So the altcoin season is still waiting. However, what is certain is that it will happen in 2025, possibly in mid-2025 based on several predictions submitted by several parties. and this will also affect BTC dominance which usually drops first after Bitcoin rallies. and the significant drops are more than 50%. However, if ETH has started to dominate more than BTC, that is also one of the signals.

There are several indications that can be studied, try checking here first.
Although there is no 100% accurate prediction, maybe it's just close. And the point is, be patient first to not do panic sell in a market condition that is dropping.

We need to understand that those influencers want retail to buy their bags, so they'll say the pump is coming even though they don't have any reliable data to back it up. I'd suggest you take their words with a bag of salt, if anything be cautious if they're too extreme with their prediction. Just follow the market closely and take profits if you think it's necessary. Nobody knows the future unless you work for a market maker or whales who can shift the market with a single order. Not to mention nothing is eternal, even the so-called Bitcoin rainbow pattern changes a few times. CMIIW.

XRP is one amongst altcoins and there were some reasons for which it experienced some new ATH periods ago, which is due to the Trump effect with the founder of XRP. When we want to talk about the altcoins season, that is when majority of the altcoins are on a steady increase, reaching new highs. This used to be after Bitcoin has finished it's rally and altcoins continues from there.

TBH, I expect that there will be another altcoin season that will be happening this year where most of the top altcoins will pump, but that isn't the case for them.

Ethereum is still struggling to surpass the $4,000 price range. SOL on the other hand just reached its new ATH of around $290 days before TRUMP coin was launched. XRP on the other hand just reached $3 a few weeks ago. I expect more, but I'm still ready just in case we will not see any altcoin season at all especially this year.

Whatever the case is, XRP is one of the coins that I'm holding when the bear market starts.

Every altcoin has its own development phase. So there are altcoins that made a pump even in the bear season because there is news of the development of the project, and from time to time altcoins like memes were making headlines even when the market was not performing.
So when investing in altcoins, its best that you check the usecase and what its bringing to the community.
