I was expecting this post to be an interactive discussion and not a promotional post. If you wanted to advertise in the forum theres a proper channel to do it through, and not this method that you have employed.
I wonder why this thread is  made in the gambling board in the first place, I also expected to see some sort of service that deals with problematic gambling treatments, but what I see is just a promotion for a particular clinic.

The ops did not even include this so-called metal clinic based online or have a physical office.

I also ask myself the same question, this should have been in another board that talks about individual self or services that they renders, but I think he's having the benefit of using gambling as a major concern, which makes the whole thread talks about improving gamblers well-being, but on going through it, I discovered that this was something entirely different from what I presumed should have been the content for the post.

It seems to me that the ops have not visited this thread for a while now and that speaks a lot about what we can expect as for if he changes his mind on the right board that fits this discussion, but then I have read over the thread again and also discovered that if ops can update the ops with gambling related to mental well-being in gambling.

This will make the thread sit well with most forum members and they will be able to make their contributions to the topic at hand.

Mental health is a big deal and should be taken seriously. When your mind is not okay, it affects everything in your life. A lot of people are struggling with mental health issues, and that’s one reason why suicide cases are rising. Taking care of mental health is just as important as taking care of your body
With the current state of the economy most citizens are more concerned with wealth creation, and they pay little attention to their mental health, infact most people are ready to overstress themselves just to get something to provide for their family. High level of stress is one of the factor that seriously affects our mental health, apart from stress, genetics, overthinking etc, are also factors that affect our mental health. So irrespective of the jobs we are into, let us create even if it is a little time to rest, there is a popular saying which goes like this, "A healthy man is a wealthy man"

Gambling on the right sense of things should be a cure for mental crisis since it is fun, the choice of left for gamblers either choose to chase after the fun and entertainment or chase after the money and winning which is the fastest way to get yourself into a depression on the long run.

This thread can be converted into such discussions as regards mental crises and their implications in gambling and how to overcome the evil vision in the gambling scene.

Well said. This is the gambling section and this thread isn't even supposed to be in this section in the first place, and even if he/she  mistakenly posted it here , he should have been more specific about the location of the clinic,  their mode of operation either they operate remotely or online.

It really is a promotional post but the title is good for discussion about how to improve the mental wellness of a gambler I haven't check if this is a copy paste post but it looks like it is one.

Judging by the post, it seems OP is a health practitioner, and it is a good one to say. From the looks and going by what other members are saying, OP is trying to promote or advertise his organisation to the gambling community. Maybe any addicted gambler would be interested in contacting OP's organisation for help and never put up any information or link to the organisation's website where we can verify for ourselves to see how genuine and legit it could be.

Mental health deals with all part, everything about human wellbeing both behavioural and mental health, when it's affected everything about human being is destroy, because it deals with all body system. To keep it functional and balanced, we can engage on physical exercise, eating good food, having enough sleeps and reduced thinking essentially on what will affect our emotional intelligence, doing that it will help and improve our body, to have a good balance diet.

I think you're in the wrong place, unless it's a service offered exclusively to compulsive gamblers, focusing on conditions such as depression, addiction, or some other disorder caused by gambling. For gamblers, the treatment has to be objective and not generalist.

Wealth equals a healthy body, this is because you cannot acquire wealth without having a healthy body, or sound mind, and some of the things to avoid in order to boost your mental health or wellness is no distant yourself from necessary worrying, some people are ready to think and ruminate over unnecessary things, for example the way the nation is going, most people has made it a habit to always think,  your thought cannot make the nation any better, your thought cannot even make the government to begins to implement new policies, rather your thought will only get you depressed, and in extreme case get you killed. So let's be properly guided, think less even though the economy might seem unfavorable.

As for gamblers, we might be concern on our mental health more than ever and I thought that we might see some tips. In any case, we should really take some time off when we gamble. It's not that we should be gamble everyday because that is not going to be healthy. It's all about balance, take a rest, reboot yourself from gambling. And for the overall health, exercise is the key, make our selves active specially if we're somewhere between the age of 40-50. As I have said, make everything a balance in our life and don't stress ourselves.
