Judging by the post, it seems OP is a health practitioner, and it is a good one to say. From the looks and going by what other members are saying, OP is trying to promote or advertise his organisation to the gambling community. Maybe any addicted gambler would be interested in contacting OP's organisation for help and never put up any information or link to the organisation's website where we can verify for ourselves to see how genuine and legit it could be.
As for gamblers, we might be concern on our mental health more than ever and I thought that we might see some tips. In any case, we should really take some time off when we gamble. It's not that we should be gamble everyday because that is not going to be healthy. It's all about balance, take a rest, reboot yourself from gambling. And for the overall health, exercise is the key, make our selves active specially if we're somewhere between the age of 40-50. As I have said, make everything a balance in our life and don't stress ourselves.

It is true that we take our mental health seriously as gamblers by trying not to gamble every day because. On a normal, there should be moderation as we gamble so that we do not gamble in excess, which leads to addiction. Taking time off gambling could help keep us on track of being healthy and fit, to not get too bothered about gambling every now and then. A break from gambling can keep our gambling lifestyle in equilibrium and refresh our memory, keeping us lively.

Mental health is a big deal and should be taken seriously. When your mind is not okay, it affects everything in your life. A lot of people are struggling with mental health issues, and that’s one reason why suicide cases are rising. Taking care of mental health is just as important as taking care of your body

You are very correct, mental wellness should not be what people will joke about, for it will not only affect his health but it might extends to both friends and family members through their attitude towards them, which might make them wonder if you are okay or not and if care is not taking, they might do things which is not right because they might be going through some depression, that is why its crucial for one to always do things calmly and easy, in order not to involved themselves to what will be frustrating them.
