Moral of the story? Testnet participation is not a joke. I’ll be back for the next one… but until then, I’ll just keep pretending I’m happy for everyone else. 😭

I almost forget about this airdrop I also joined this testnet but I was unable to complete many tasks because I came to know about the very late therefore I think I am not eligible for the airdrop as after seeing your post I checked the checker link.

I agree with you that if a project has a testnent very complex and the chances are more for people to miss more than one important tasks they will surely give something to their users.

There is this adage that says what is going to give you money is not going to stress you. There ar some testnets that make the network difficult for people and also makes the faucet harder bit why make this things hard to access when you want the public to help you test it, if you know you don't want the public to test it, they shouldn't make it public.

I know some people that did everything about Bera testnet and guess what, they were not eligible for the aidrop, sometimes even if you do every thing to please the team, they will stain your white for sure.

This is exactly what I mean, we should farm such airdrops more, there was an airdrop which required KYC and I did that and later I came to know that few people did KYC and completed the last step, (I know we should not be doing KYC for any crypto project but it did not matter at the moment) I was one of the few participants got eligible haha.

The reward was low but still reward is reward and I was spending most of my time (first time) in airdrops at that time.

I also made money from Notcoin because the participants were lower, I joined more than 300 airdrops but faild to follow the steps of some important ones because I just joined them by following others I did not study the project and that's was my big mistake, if I would have spend some more time I might have made more morny but no regret.

BTW what are your thoughts on the upcoming future of Airdrops.

Actually, I find testnet to be sometimes difficult so I stay most of them but the way I am seeing it now is that this can be where the biggest money in airdrop is...not anymore the tap-tap-tap in TG anymore as they are usually deluged with many participants resulting into breadcrumbs unless you can sponsor hundreds of people.  Bera is now for me a symbol of regret of not taking action. Hope we can still be given the chance to get some good projects in 2025 as I am tired of not receiving anything of real value for the past many months.

Bro, you just put my exact feelings into words. 😭 At this point, missing the $BERA airdrop feels like a core memory of regret. I used to ignore testnets too, but after seeing people wake up to 5-6 figures for just interacting with a blockchain, I might have to start treating them like a full-time job.

         -     Last year I saw Berachain on airdrops.io and it listed potential airdrops and the instructions there were that it had a testnet, where you had a free faucet that you could get and the faucet that you got would serve as a transaction fee and could also be used to buy coins that were on the testnet.

Just so that the person managing the Bera platform could see for himself that you were using it via testnet, you had to do some activity on it daily, like swap, buying, futures, I was able to accumulate other utility coins that it had, I also used it for a few months and then until I stopped doing activities on it, I didn't realize that it had been listed on the exchange. I have no idea if it actually had airdrops or if I was a qualifier.

Man, you were literally right there in the trenches of the $BERA testnet and still didn’t realize it was going to be this big? That’s pain. 😭💀 Imagine grinding for months, doing swaps, buying, even futures, and then waking up to find out it’s listed AND people cashed out 5-6 figures.

I guess you already qualified; coz there’s no way they didn’t see your activity. Worst case? At least you gained experience for the next big testnet. 2025, we farm smarter.

Just the most lucky user only have bigger reward because active daily day task for increasing points at Berra testnet, but don't be blame such as many airdrop before easily going down and better for your cousin sell half of berra coin, don't try to hold for longer time with airdrop coins during berra have reach most higher price.

Man, $100K+ airdrops in Indonesia?! 😭💀 Some people really hit the crypto lottery with this one. And here I am, just watching charts for my cousin, while he debates selling or holding like he’s a hedge fund manager.

You might be right though, airdrops usually dump at some point. But knowing my cousin, he’ll probably hold until it retraces back to $3 and then ask me if it’s a good time to sell. Truly a pain we all understand. 😂

So, I fumbled the $BERA airdrop no testnet, no free money, just pure regret. Meanwhile, my cousin, who barely knows what a blockchain is, wakes up to $25K in free BERA and now expects me to be his personal chart analyst.

“Where’s support?”

Then came the launch $15 to $6.5 faster than my hopes and dreams. Now it’s back at $8+, and I’m just refreshing charts, whispering “please go lower” so I can at least buy something.

There's really that indeed time that noobs could make out that huge amount of money because the have grinded into those projects that you had suggested on which you didnt even put up some focus on and really that targetting something else. On the time that it did make out some TGE and sees up the value then this is where you can say that luck factor will really be that still relevant. When you are already that experienced then there would really be tons of projects on which you are trying to reach or deal up with, unlike into those who are really just that starting up and just simply focused and grinded up on the project that you had suggested. I do know the feeling and it do really sucks.

Back to the beginning if cryptocurrency is not taken seriously because it will result in extraordinary stress. We see the fluctuating Bitcoin price chart which always makes us nervous, especially since $BERA is a newly born altcoin.
It is only natural that everyone feels an extraordinary fading of the $BERA coin because of the $BERA coin, many have joined in terms of airdrop or farming and staking but after the release many are not eligible. Looking at the chart of the $BERA coin on Coingecko, it seems that BERA has not been able to compete with other altcoins because its price tends to fall.

Can you please share what task your friend did exactly to be able to see $25k worth of Bera allocation. People that ate on Bera were influencers and some few randomly selected participants got the allocation and the rest of the participants got nothing, more than 70% of people thag started early interactions on Bera got nothing.

If Bera is to restart any paid testing about their project, I'm sure that many people will not do it because they never consider about their community and if such project can do that, you should imagine what they will do to their bera investment.

        -     Which group was that story shared in? On telegram? Facebook? Do you have anything to share here, even a screenshot of the group you're talking about?
Then I don't think I've seen anyone post it on the X platform, the amount is 100k$ in airdrops alone.

It's hard to believe, especially if it's just a story and there's no proof, well, anyway, it's their story between airdrops in Berachain, congratulations

4.72 Dollar is the all time low price on Coinamrketcap after listing on the market and now I notice the price of BERA has gone up again to 7.2 dollars, I think BERA can still survive in the crypto market for now.
There are so many altcoins that are born every month but those that can survive in the market after listing are very difficult and even many altcoins become Dead coins.
I think don't be too faded to BERA because I myself see that BERA can still survive and will be able to compete with altcoins.

Yes, I also don't know how much the largest allocation of this testnet is, but if it is true then it is indeed extraordinary, the long wait yields very satisfying results.

Sometimes we are like that, we miss any testnet after the testnet is finished and the prizes are distributed we just regret why we also participated in it. But once again that's the airdrop, we just have to be consistent even though there are many who are also disappointing.

Bera will do well but I don't want to measure their performance because of airdrop again. They claim to be a layer 1 projects and I can't really yet see what problem they are trying to solve since they launch. They have managed to gather liquidity and lock up programs but if airdrop is distributed to people that lock their coins, that liquidity will vanquished.

They need to start making people to believe what they can do and things they are bringing different so they can steal people from different existing communities, that's how to build a big project.
