speaking of meme narrative I just came across an interesting meme coin called JAILSTONE—it was actually made to mock Dave Portnoy for his pump-and-dump habits. After a joke about potential legal troubles related to alleged market manipulation, he ended up buying JAILSTONE and even promoting it. As a result, the project skyrocketed to around a $200M market cap at its peak.

Come to think of it meme coin networks are basically just a game of profit and loss based on both liquidity put in suddenly and pulled out suddenly too. Basically they pump something not worth it and just with enough hype and advertising they get a ton of profit minded investors too and in the end those late and poorly informed lose to the bigger investors.

The game of profit only scheme is the reason why meme coins can't hold up a good price dumping is inevitable just as pumping is engineered.

with instant wealth we also have to dare to take the risk of losing it actually, because as we know the coin meme is identical to risk, but for those who can read the situation I think the risk can be minimized, and for the $JAILSTONE coin itself I am not that familiar so no opinion about the coin

'that's the game'? Scams and rug pulls, i am sure i do not want to be part of this game. Memecoin is only fun if you are lucky to invest early in any one of them that pumps, however, if you are not one of such people, you will regret gambling with your money, because you will surely lose it, Official Trump memecoin is a perfect example.

honestly nothing lol but that is to be expected because memecoins are supposed to be fun as you said and quite stupid at times memes usually do not make sense without any context you are gonna need some explanation to find any memes funny these days which is why with memecoins it is also like that

What's the fun in scamming users?
Pump and dumps mean someone gets the money from gullible persons, in any other business this would lead to jailtime, but somehow crypto users like this wild west environment and then scream about everything in real life screwing them.

There's no fun in scamming investors. A pump and dump scheme is basically a way of scamming investors because they market the meme coin until it comes to a point where those early buyers will sell it to their faces. Rug pulls aren't fun either. Imagine how many investors are losing money on a daily basis while a few people are making money off of it.

As for the token, not familiar with that one, but I remember that it will be listed on Bitget and speaking of Bitget, they have been listing coins here and there whether it's a meme coin or whatever token it is. Whatever the case is, if you aren't ready to lose your money then don't put it into meme coins particularly those newly created ones.

There is actually a memecoin that I think also was pumped named after Dave which is named after him "FARTNOY token". I have no idea why Dave have been into this memecoin already but he seem famous.

Theres one memecoin called "Nike" on ADA. This is actually a pet pig of Charles Hoskinson, the pig is so huge that someone decide to create one meme token about that pig. Its price was once pumped.

It's not pump-and-dump habits, it's the basis of current memecoins. If you ask someone why they invest in memecoins, they'll either be hoping they'll explode or afraid they'll crash. such memecoins went from being a joke, to something Elon Musk pumped into a scam.

Fun things are only obtained for those who enter early and those of us who are just ordinary buyers will only get the rest and even just become garbage in the end.

After the FOMO happens and then a big drop occurs and it is a sale made by an insider or even the developer of the project itself.
Such memecoins are only controlled by scammers who only farm very easily and move to other new memecoins.

Which means the fun is in winning, if you manage to do that, meaning everything is about money. 
So, you can say that stocks are funny too, cause you can have fun if you nail the trades.

I think a lot don't understand that trading meme coins is fun just as much as saying you're doing exercises by trading Nike stocks, it's all as you said, all about the money!

Many memecoins are inspired by animals and indeed they can be fun, cute and even profitable if one is able to enter at the right time and parachute out before the spaceship is grounded. One thing for sure, animal-based memecoins are just taking advantage of trends and when the power of those trends are out they will mostly struggle to maintain their momentum hence will lose value when the realities of the market set in. In other words, one must be as fast as lightning here, otherwise one will end up with valueless assets. I am hoping that soon memecoins can be able to offer not just cuteness but also solid use-cases so they can last into the long-term.
