I can't use the telegram channel to follow up with bitcoin market price because it may not give me the required results I needed as some variations may occur with what other platforms or exchange may present as market value and this alone may have a little way of causing confusion, despite it's a common experience to those that go into arbitrage during trades, I will rather prefer exchanges like Binance, Bybit or coinmarketcap.

I think exchanges offers better values when it comes to monitoring the price of Bitcoin that's because most exchanges offers you the option of reading the market charts, comparing them to chart history and making good technical decisions. Using telegram to monitor Bitcoin price to me isn't a good option especially when you're a trader. Personally, prefer Bybit because apart from the market charts it offers you, it also notifies you when there's a positive movement in the price of Bitcoin.

BTC liquidity is solid, so the price difference across exchanges usually isn't too significant, I'd say not more than 0.1%. Also, as I mentioned, I'm not an intra-day trader, I hold BTC and ALTs for the long term, so I only need to check the BTC price to understand the market's overall state rather than trying to capitalize on every price swing.

I also use Binance but have the app installed on a separate device dedicated to trading. I use CoinGecko to track my portfolio movements, and I'm also used to CoinMarketcap for getting comprehensive information about any token. However, I frequently work with Telegram for research and teaching, so I also follow crypto news on Telegram and get minute-by-minute BTC price updates through this app whenever I want.

No, I don't follow the Bitcoin price on Telegram because it seems like it will make me dizzy because every second I get notifications of price changes from the Telegram application.

I simply have my own application to check the Bitcoin price, including:
-Indodax (local cryptocurrency market from Indonesia)
-Binance
-Coinmarketcap

But the one I see most often to check the Bitcoin price is using the Binance application and I only use Telegram to check airdrops.

I've made a few tweaks so I can follow the BTC price on Telegram channels more effectively without getting distracted:

1.  Moved BTC price channels to Archived chats instead of keeping them in main chats.
2.  Muted the channels forever.
3.  Selected BTC price channels with a suitable update frequency.

I think this is the simplest and most convenient way for me to keep an eye on the crypto market without feeling too much pressure about profits. Every now and then, I also open my Portfolio on CoinGecko to check the value of my crypto assets when the BTC price surges ^^

Yes, Telegram is one of the places where various discussion groups are located, at the same time it is impossible to guarantee that all information shared there is correct. In terms of coin prices and Trading signals this depends on the reliability and credibility of the available sources. There are far more accurate and reliable real time data can be obtained from such resources as CoinMarketCap or specific applications to the major exchange platforms. Of course, such perspectives are offered by the community on the Telegram channel, however, there could be situations when some of the signals supplied are ungrounded and could lead to a loss. Therefore, be more careful and never leave this option accomplished without reading all the information several times and paying attention to the differences.

That's true, exchanges are still far better in accuracy to the market price and many often make use of them, but not as to have the telegram app for the market price, another important channel is the coinmarketcap, which has the highest numbers of users, because they found it to be the most accurate when it comes to bitcoin market price, though the variation can be there, but the differences are not much glaring to that extent.

Well, it sounds like you've had some bad experiences with Telegram, so you no longer trust the services offered on this platform. Personally, I sent a link to a Telegram BTC price channel, and it's still working with pretty good accuracy, not significantly different from the BTC price on TradingView. I also know of many signal groups on Telegram, they're still doing well and attracting more members. I don't participate, but I don't object to their existence either.

Telegram is just a platform, we can leverage it to work more effectively in our own ways and according to our own criteria. I really like Telegram's features, even though I only use the free version. I use Telegram to store ideas, discuss things with colleagues, and it's also a data repository that I can access from multiple devices.
