So have been hearing of web 3 and have made some research to have some basic knowledge about it, because have seen most folks making money from it i know is broad I just wanna understand how it’s works, and how can locate a place he or she can find a good web 3 jobs .

In the section of this forum like the gigs or task, there can be some opening that you can apply for work. But if there is no opportunity there at the moment, there is almost no difference now with the freelance websites to what jobs are being offered in this space and the normal jobs that we get to see. The only difference is that they're related to cryptocurrency and web 3 is just a buzz word that's been built on this space.

Web 3.0 is something that looks cool but in reality, nobody needs it, just as you don't need amazon token to buy products from amazon and ups token to pay for a package when you have a credit card, how you don't need a decentralized youtube when the centralized version is 10 times more efficient, and for sure you don't need your whole medical records on some stranger in another country server, that's why 99.999% of the world doesn't need web 3.0.

Web3 may only work optimally in crypto and be used more, but in general use it is not needed.
If you only use web3 and log in in a very easy way to pay for anything, it will certainly be more dangerous.

Those who are new to web3 will think that the web3 era will make things easier, but whether it is necessary or not is still not really needed.

You can be a web 3 developer, but before directly finding the jobs you need to learn a lot about Web 3.0 because it is not something new it is in the crypto market since the last cycle. But with changes in narrative trend it also get huge investments.

People are making money by writing about it, launching their tokens, staking, trading, providing services in this field. The short definition of web 3 would be like providing decentralization to the whole internet using blockchain technology. So you can provide any service in this field.

Do you actually know a single decentralized website that runs on a blockchain? 
There is no service and there is no real development in this field other than buzzwords because everyone knows how impractical this is.

Web 3 means the whole decentralized blockchain technology. And here lots of sectors were also included  like the web 3 project developers, website builder and here all are included graphic design to Marketing sectors. Now what sector you are looking for or do you have any skill already, if you have then make your service thread to provide servce.

And if you want to make profit by investment  then start learn about the investment i.e. trading.

To be honest, as Stompix said, web3 or Web 3.0 is nothing more than a buzzword or a bubble. It was supposed to be the next generation of the World Wide Web powered by blockchain, promoting decentralization and transparency and providing more security to the Internet. However, the main thing to see and ask is where is this technology being used? The decentralized platforms, are they actually created using Web 3.0 or not? Because some of them even existed before the technology itself.

We know how this industry works, something that becomes trending starts to get adopted by projects and platforms only so that they can cash in on the trend; hence, we started to see a storm of projects and platform including web3 in their descriptions or calling themselves web3 powered projects or platforms.

You are right we might be doing good without web 3.0 but it is just an alternative to centralization and a choice given to people so they could decide either they want to use it or not the defi, nfts, dao etc. are the products of web 3.0 and you know how much these narratives hypes backed in the 2020 cycle and even now there is a still huge hype of defi.

Not everyone uses Defi, NFTs or DAos but there are still people using them and yeah they are using facebook too. BTW thanks for giving a new word vaporware but TBH I won't consider web 3.0 a vaporware why you think it is a one I mean don't see majority of people calling it as vaporware.

Anyone saying that web3 is the future should check the popularity of actual web 3.0 projects and real-life examples.
Let's compare BISQ with the volume of Binance or Coinbase.
Let's compare a decentralized market like open Bazaar (rip!) with amazon or ebay.

People want simplicity, investors wnt buzzwords, scammers want a cash grap, this is why the whole hype has nothing to back it up in rel life.
