Hence the name "experimental feature", you can't always have it your way mate. But if you really need a perfect dark mode, you should consider using some plugins or a browser with a built in dark mode feature.
Apart from everything else, one thing I'm quite sure of is that if you are already a light theme user, you won't like the dark theme. I experimented with the dark theme out of curiosity, but I reverted back to the light theme within five minutes. I'm just not used to it, and it irritates me like crazy.
