Chainlink Labs, the core developer behind Chainlink’s decentralized computing platform, is looking for a Web3 Software Developer to help integrate its technology into non-EVM blockchain ecosystems. This is a remote-first role, but candidates should be able to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
What You’ll Do:

    Lead the integration of Chainlink’s products into Move-based blockchains.
    Develop and optimize decentralized applications, smart contracts, and data services.
    Collaborate with engineers to enhance monitoring, tooling, and the end-to-end user experience.

Key Skills & Experience:

✅ 2+ years in Web3 development and 7-10+ years of professional programming experience.
✅ Proficiency in Move for smart contract development.
✅ Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptography.
✅ Strong experience with backend development, concurrent programming, and API design (RESTful & microservices architecture).
✅ Proven ability to lead complex integrations, managing multiple stakeholders across teams.
✅ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Bonus Points for:

🔹 Experience with distributed systems, P2P networking, and open-source projects.
🔹 Active participation in hackathons or a strong GitHub portfolio.
🔹 Knowledge of Solidity, Rust, Python, Golang, or C++.
🔹 Relevant blockchain certifications (e.g., CBSA, CBD).
