P2P.org is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in its non-custodial staking products. This role is all about identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with institutional clients like VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, and high-net-worth individuals.
What You’ll Be Doing:

    Cold sales outreach to promote P2P.org’s staking solutions.
    Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing and payment.
    Building strong relationships with institutional clients and understanding their needs.
    Collaborating with internal teams (product, legal, research) to ensure smooth deal execution.
    Proactively identifying new business opportunities in the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi space.

What You Need to Succeed:

    1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
    Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and institutional investments.
    Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with high-profile clients.
    A results-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet targets.
    Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
    Bonus: Mandarin proficiency or experience in DeFi TVL growth.
