The future of meme coin is very dark and almost all investors are now disappointed with meme coin investment.

Yes, there are many investors who have lost money on meme tokens, but I wouldn't say the future of meme tokens is dark. It's more cyclical.
Just look at what's happening on the Solana network. It would seem that the hype has died down there, but when Raydium launched an analog of pump fun, the activity around meme tokens started to increase again.
investing in meme coins should be for the short term and last quickly, because usually after the token is no longer hype the price will drop drastically. so the risk is quite high, we have to be careful.
I also invest in meme coins, but only buy and sell when the token is still hype.
There is nothing better when investing in meme coins than to do it as soon as possible, because meme coins cannot develop well if the time is long enough, where the hype has finally disappeared and cannot contribute back, what is, there is a loss that will be obtained.
lways do it when it is good and don't wait long because it will be different later.
Exactly, even though i don’t really trade memecoins before but it was recently i found out that the earlier you buy the coins the better and also the earlier you sell the better. It amazed me when i found out because the first time i bought memecoin coins, i thought it was like altcoins that a trader can hold, little did i know that i was in for loss.
Of course, what you have experienced is a good lesson about investment issues in meme coins.
Indeed, meme coins will provide benefits when we initially execute them directly and not hold them for long, because quickly that meme coin will change, and it could be that what we hold will no longer be valuable. Of course, this is a loss that will be accepted.

yeah I feel you on that. Honestly, we’ve already seen some memecoins start moving into semi-serious territory. Shiba Inu, for example, started as a Doge clone joke, but now they’ve got Shibarium, their own L2, a DEX, NFTs, and even plans for metaverse stuff. Still called a memecoin, but clearly trying to build something substantial.

Same with PEPE. Even though it’s still mostly hype and vibes, it’s gaining traction in the ecosystem just from how much liquidity and volume it brings. and on Solana, look at WIF or BONK. They’re getting listed on major exchanges, used in campaigns, even wrapped into Solana DeFi projects.

so yeah, a memecoin can evolve. But the meme part kinda sticks because that’s what drew people in. Utility helps it survive longer, but the meme is what makes it move fast. If the community actually uses what’s being built, it can level up for sure. but it’s a tough balance that is not really retained, staying fun without losing value.

Actually memecoin if someone wants to invest in this investment for the long term then there is a high probability that he will face loss.
Because we have to remember that most memecoins but like Dogecoin do not get the support of Elon Musk that will go to the top level. So currently we have not seen any of the new memecoins that have come out to give a good pump, but rather we have seen them to drop the price unexpectedly.
So I also think that investing in memecoin in terms of long-term investment is nothing but foolishness.
