It’s okay to feel skeptical about downloading apps from shady websites outsides play store, but then again, most of the casino apps (that are not on play store) are mostly found on casino’s official website, I mean you could find the download links there, which also shows how safe downloading the apps are, except for the apps you can’t find the download links on the casino’s official site, then you can feel skeptical.

I've used some, but I prefer to gamble on my computer, for me, it's more practical, the apps are not always optimized as they should be.

Yeah but using an app despite that it’s not as optimized as it should be could still turn out to be a lot more convenient than using a Pc to gamble. Personally, I do prefer to gamble on my Pc too when I’m home, but there are times that I may not be home and not close to Pc and feel like gambling or feel the need to bet on a particular game, in such cases, you’ll be able to see just how convenient gambling with your phone or app is.

Using casino apps will increase the chance to gamble more often. This is also not good because it may lead to excessive gambling or even addiction. Once you have the casino apps on your phone, it make you more easily gamble at any time. I suggest to avoid this thing because it possibly brings bad impacts in the future.
Right, I have some mixed thoughts about this, since it's easy to access the app and play whenever you want and that's not good IMO. As long as there's no problem using the site, then I'll stick to use the browser instead of using an downloadable app.

I have used the casino application but in terms of experience it is less wearing in the sense that there are still many bugs that have not been fixed sometimes to log in just error several times that is experienced.

In addition, the casino application is less smooth too heavy, so for casinos it is still a good browser version compared to the applications provided by them.
So is it really bad? Even a mobile browser is better?
Yeah from personal experience that's the case - but we didn't try many casino apps, just a few, so mobile browsing is better than apps.
But I don't know about other people's experience with this, because there are still many casino apps that we haven't tried.

Yeah and it requires updates every now and then so that's not that great better to  play it web based or the real one somewhere. I think did not play gambling on apps if I remember correctly because when I was recruited by my colleagues as an agent we did it on website not on apps.

Even I think there is now lots of user friendly UI/ux casino site available on the internet and even I also think that playing on the PC or laptop has more good experience while playing but I think duelbit, stake, rollbit etc these were also good in the mobile interface and as well in this regard we don't need to upgrade the apps at it all.

Even website domains also require regular maintenance and updates too so it’s not just mobile apps that uses one. Updates are in fact good because updates are recommended when the services and products offered are somehow getting outdated, and this is to give you a much better gambling experience, so updates are not all that bad, year regular updates can be pretty annoying, but it’s really not all that bad

How about you? Have you used these casino apps? Are they faster or more convenient compared to browsers?
I haven't encountered a gambling casino website that also has a mobile app already. Maybe it's because I'm not using too much gambling websites that's why I'm not familiar to them.

Anyway, it's not surprising that they are creating their own app instead of focusing on gambling using browsers. I don't see any difference between gambling in a browser and gambling on their own app TBH, but I will not be surprised if more of these gambling websites will make a transition and focus more on creating their own mobile app since it's easy for them already.

Of course, any application that is used on a daily basis can be assumed that it needs to be updated and maintained in order to work properly. It is also necessary to pay attention to website domains that the services provided through continue to be relevant and efficient for the users. As much as updates can be irritating when done frequently in a short space of time, on the other hand, they have very numerous advantages. Thus, despite the possible deterioration of some aspects, the concepts acquired could be much better with the progress and refinements that one gets. If the service is never updated again, it is entirely possible for the system to get rather rusty and rather uncomfortable to use. Thus, despite its possible inconvenience, it is critical to admit that updates perform a very significant function for keeping the high level of service.

Yeah, and this could equally result to poor performance and customer satisfaction, and probably customers exiting the casino and considering other preferable options to carry out their activities. That’s why regular updates are often both important and also necessary to ensure that the customers have the best gaming experience during their sessions.

Having a clear plan and doing research is key. I always check reviews and compare different options before making a choice. Security and ease of use matter the most to me.

Any service provider is well advised to monitor the level of satisfaction that its users have at any given time in the future if it is to remain sustainable. In this, one can observe that were something does not bring convenience, people will search for something that brings more convenience and henceforth fill that gap. Hence, quality entails not only offering a good quality in the initial stages but also strive to make it even better to satisfy the clients. If a system is not updated then the feeling of attractiveness decreases gradually and it is likely that the system may be abandoned in the long run. No one wants to use a slow or even a faulty product, which is why it is important to maintain all the components to the best of its potential for anyone who wishes to retain their users.

even on mobile phone i still use web based casino to gamble... sometimes there are apps available for gambling, but i am the same as you... security reasons are a factor to consider...
besides, web based online casinos are now friendly for android and iphone users, so i guess it is not a big deal for all of us even if we do not download the related casino app...

and, if I have a computer in front of me, I prefer to use a desktop device... but if I only have a mobile device, I use the one with the largest screen size among the options available and I have.

System updates and system security are the main things for something digital, especially if it is related to money which they must be routine to ensure it works well.

Customer service is also the same, because it is the main access for users to complain about any complaints, so they must work quickly in responding to every customer complaint.
