As PX-Z (+1) told you, OKX does not provide any seeds when creating a wallet. I don't know what you're playing, nor do I know why you spammed the forum with the same post. Nobody is already a naive here when dealing with scamming attempts. Of course, this is just another way to fool people and this is already a very old strategy so am advising OP to learn more on how to effective scam people or better yet travel to North Korea and look for the underground office of the Lazarus group and then maybe submit a resume including an attempt to post in this forum...who knows you can be accepted and be assured to be a multi-millionaire - just like what happened to hackers of Bybit.

As far as I know, OKX and Binance do not provide Private Key or 12-word Phrase. This question makes me doubt if you get the 12-word Phrase from OKX or Binance.

As a layman, when I first learned about cryptocurrency, I immediately thought about securing what is called a Private Key or Seed Phrase, but you open it to the public by giving it away for free.


I have an assumption that you are attaching a Bot system to your Seed Phrase.

If there is a USDT balance of 100 dollars, for example, and everyone is interested in taking it, then immediately send a fee of 5 or 10 dollars to the wallet you have.

You are not withdrawing money, and it's not your wallet.
What you are doing is sending coins from one exchange to another, they own the keys and your coins.
If you want to save fees you can send USDT with supported network on both exchanges that have lowest fees.

OKX is an exchange just like Binance so as others said you won't have any seed. You just have to copy the USDT address from Binance and paste it on OKX send tab then proceed, the funds will be arrived to Binance soon after OKX process the withdrawal request.

 Auto send in less than 5 sec so every time they will find no native coins to fuel the wallet. That's very clever of this scammer.
Interesting  bot, we encounter this kind of scam before but the user was caught from the start because someone also send ETH to it and then they weren't able to send it.

If he do this in the social media sites with crypto users on it, he may be able to get native coins from them. Someone from social media should warned people in there.

Make sure you copy the right coin and  know the network accordingly with the same address and it to the withdrawal menu and follow other prompts, don't exchange a coin for a wrong address or network.

They should have no seed phrase, because they are centralized exchange, if they tells you they have it and you can claim it, you're not still safe.

It is a very simple process to transfer funds from one exchange to another, you just find the withdraw option then click withdrawal and submit with your desired Binance wallet information. You should complete this process in the same way as you would any wallet you want to withdraw funds from. Also, if you want to understand the subject more easily, you can watch videos on Youtube and there are some articles from which you can easily understand.

Why the heck are you publicly posting your seed words?! 
This is your personal keys that should never be shared with anyone, especially not posting online.
Okx exchange is centralized and they have no connection with your non-custodial wallet.
