Helius, a leading developer platform on the Solana blockchain, is looking for a Rust Engineer to join their growing team. The company is known for helping clients like Coinbase, Jupiter, and Phantom build crypto-powered applications on Solana, and it’s backed by top investors including Haun Ventures and Solana co-founders.

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining backend services, integrating new features, debugging performance issues, setting up monitoring systems, and adhering to security best practices. You'll work closely with other engineers to contribute to technical discussions and code reviews.

To be a good fit, you’ll need:

    Proficiency in Rust (or a similar language like C++, Golang, Java).
    At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining high-scale production systems, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and databases.
    Autonomy and strong communication skills, as you'll be expected to work independently and collaborate with the team effectively.
    Startup or web3 experience is a plus, and experience relevant to Helius will be an advantage.
