Flight3, a leading Web3 marketing agency, is looking for an experienced marketing strategist to work with a diverse range of clients, from Layer 1 blockchain projects to DeFi and NFT initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate real results and help shape how Web3 projects engage with their communities.

Key responsibilities include:

    Leading the marketing and content strategy for major Web3 clients.
    Developing data-driven marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
    Measuring community growth and campaign performance.
    Managing campaign budgets and working alongside client partners to ensure successful execution.
    Strengthening client relationships through strategic input.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

    2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing or strategy.
    A deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3 community dynamics.
    Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
    Experience with CRM and SEO tools, as well as managing marketing budgets.
