How Airdrop is making alot of people money

Guys, let me share this story with you. Before I do, I want to emphasize the importance of taking airdrops seriously, especially if you don't have much capital to start trading, holding, and staking. Airdrops have genuinely changed many lives in this space.

Now, back to the story. There's this guy on X who frequently sends me airdrop links, including testnet, tap2earn, and play2earn opportunities. I don't always respond, but occasionally, if I make a small profit from trading, I'll share some with him.

That was until yesterday, when we met, and he started boasting about the $20,000 he'd made from airdrops, showing us proof. I was shocked and have since taken airdrops more seriously.

Although I only made $35 from the recent one I participated in, it's still something. My next airdrop goal is $IP, and some side airdrops, although it's already listed. However, I have a chance to win a $3000 worth of IP airdrop according to the post on X and because of the community welcome bonus. Please DYOR.

It's disappointing and at the same time annoying seeing that people were rushing into the offers from these airdrops available on telegram and other platforms to make money, but instead they were going into losses as they will be requested to make some deposits all because they wanted to progress in level and accumulate more points as earnings, this is mostly a scam attempts on participants.

Just waste time only for airdrop have allocated reward around 3k$ only, I think all airdrop hunter understood well when joining any airdrop if allocated under $10k not worth yet during reward for 5k participants and calculate each user just earn $2. But difference when airdrop reward allocating above thousand hundred dollar and have limited participant will earn much than small reward but allocated for many participants.
Some time better joining an airdrop reward allocated with coins its self but not list yet, have possibility earn much reward later when distributing to airdrop participants.

Seems you didn't know about the main IP airdrop, the last public airdrop was done last season and many people thag participated made money from it. What you will be making from the exchange will not reach a quarter of what is been shared to individuals but I commend your efforts for trying some but you can look beyond exchange, try and participate more public testnets.

You see those Telegram airdrops, the hype around them has reduce but should incase a person share you their referrals to do some task, kindly just avoid them because you will.only be wasting your precious time, it's not worth doing.

I was very excited like you when I first heard about play-to-earn games and bots on Telegram and how people earned good money from them, but at that time, the only airdrop people had was notcoin, and they said it was pretty generous for a free airdrop. So I started my journey with Telegram. Fast forward to this day, I absolutely hate those airdrops and all the projects bragging that they are going to reward their participants generously, etc. They don't do that; these are all tactics they use to gain more users and get more free advertisement.

It's true that sometimes, some airdrops might give you good money even if it's not too much, it's still good considering you didn't spend anything for it, but if an airdrop requires you to spend money, and then gives you nothing at all or doesn't even compensate you for the funds you've spent, that's when you start hating this whole thing.

I am not so lucky with airdrops although I made some small money from there and here before. These days, there are so many airdrops and bounties one can participate...in fact the only problem is time as there is really an avalanche of new projects looking for our attention. And yes one can still make big money here but only a few airdrop can do that...and most of the time it can take a lot of referrals for one to make it to the top. Now, am still participating with some airdrops from time to time and I really admire people most especially in Facebook who are doing a lot of airdrops seems they are working 24/7.

I have bad and good experienced with airdrop project, last several months ago receive above $1k from research hub airdrop as social media platform airdrop but its take longer time for price increasing and I can sell above $1k. I think get lucky in airdrop take process and not running short time only, I remember when receiving airdrop STONK coins with Solana network without values yet but I have hold it more than three years later for worth it 10 STONK more than 3$k.

i know and i agree that people's lives have changed due to airdrops but that used to be then and now most of the stories you will hear about airdrops are one that are tainted by disappointment

i do not think it is a matter of taking it seriously but rather have more to do with luck you and your friend have encountered a project that did good but with how much projects are out there it is incredibly difficult to actually find one project that would certainly give you profit

It's true that sometimes when you hold the tokens or coins you have received in an airdrop, you might get something good after some time, but the thing is that those who participate in these airdrops are mostly the ones who are looking to get some quick money that they can possibly use for trading or anything else because they don't have a capital. I'm talking about free airdrops; I know that testnet airdrops or protocol airdrops that require users to test their services and stuff require money, and only people with funds can do them.

So, it's not easy for everyone to keep holding their tokens and wait for the right moment so that they can get some money for what they have worked for. If you are spending time promoting a project or helping it get into the market, you would expect to get something back in real-time instead of having to wait for years.

People want easy money they didn't want to work for it which is actually bad.
