Sorry, but I think that a review campaign in the form of a competition is a rather bad idea. And for several reasons.
Anyone who would like to participate in this review campaign would have to pay a minimum of 0.000335 BTC (plus network fee). What is currently:
Not a small amount for the participation itself plus some effort to write a review, where there are good chances that there is no rewards or compensation.
What if the user is not selected for three months? In the end, even if he gets an award, it will barely cover the costs, not to mention the time invested. OK, now I see the rule "one review per forum member."
If I understood correctly, if there are only 7 submitted reviews during the month, there will be no prize because there is a minimum of 10 participants. So, these seven have been trying in vain.
If the first three submitted reviews are very good, won't that demoralize the others to participate because they won't want to spend money and time unnecessarily?
Also, the disclaimer about closing the campaign (without any obligations) at any time is not encouraging.

The idea is quite good for the mixer owners because the participants will finance most of the campaign by paying a service fee, but it certainly does not seem attractive to users. For some casinos, this seems like a good model of a promotional review campaign, I wouldn't say it's the same for the mixer.
I may be seeing it wrong, but we will see in time how successful the campaign will be.

Few days ago, I saw the GenesisMix ads at the top of the forum. I quickly clicked to visit the site and it was nicely designed. I didn't have any need to mix a coin, so I exited. I just wondered why they chose CX as their domain extension.

It is a nice one they have an insurance deposit with LM which is what I have suggested in the past after some mixers scammed and exited. Now, everyone will be confident to use their services.

Thirdly, the review campaign. I see that Royce probably wants to try a new approach, which is not very straightforward to me. I wonder why the normal review campaign with fixed price no longer fly.

I assume you have some bitcoins (0.0035 BTC) that needs to mix to break connections. You visit GenesisMix.cx > Place your order > Get you coin, you are happy. You notice The REVIEW US link but since you did not meet the minimum requirement which I set to 0.005 BTC, you missed to win something by sharing your experience but you have it in mind. You can still leave a review if you want but since this order does not qualify then don't add the order ID.

Next time you have 0.12 BTC to mix. You comeback to GenesisMix.cx. Place your order > Get your coin. You paid usual fees, no problem. You are happy (or maybe you are sad). But now, you have the opportunity to enter in the draw for the review you will write with the order ID. No one is forcing or asking you give the review, no one is asking you to mix your coin, pay some fees and join the review campaign. When you are placing an organic order you are eventually paying your fees. Joining the review campaign and get a slot for the draw is a bonus opportunity. If you like GenensisMix, you will not wait for any other incentive to use it for your mixes all the time.

If there are 9 eligible reviews by March 31st, in April there will be no draw. Let's say in April we received 8 more reviews. It means we are starting May with 17 new reviews. In May (between 1st to 5th) we will have a draw. Out of 17, 3 wins the draw and 14 left out in this draw. Good news is these 14 will be added in the list of the next draw.

In May we received 11 reviews means after the 1st draw we have desired 10 new reviews. When June starts we have 14+11 reviews in our draw list. We do the draw (between June 1st to 5th) 3 wins the draw and 22 left out in this draw again. These 22 will be added in the list of next draw (3rd) and this way we will continue. I have seen Rose making efforts to always bring new ideas and experiment them, but then I have also seen a little disconnection between the new ideas with participants, most of the review campaigns that Rose picked me on bitcoin talk come with high tasks some are almost impossible to meet by  average forum members and that is the reason for the low participation most at times

To managers, while trying to satisfy the team and make them spend less, also think about the impact of a low budget on the quality of the participation you get, increasing the price and making it flexible can make an exciting experience and will attract reputable hihigh-rankembers to participate.

Looks pretty straightforward, in my opinion. If I understand your math correctly, once an eligible participant is added to the draw list, they won't be removed until they win the draw at some point. Am I right? One concern I have is whether the review campaign will have enough participants. Nobody mixes their coins on a daily basis unless it's necessary. Of course, you aren't forcing anyone. So organic review is definitely a positive approach.

By the way, why only 3 winners? The chances of winning is 30%, and waiting one month for the next draw, or even the next one, seems like a long wait.

Lastly, I like the new direction you’re going with the promotions. It was high time something new was added. Experimenting a little here and there might bring the project a different outcome, maybe a good one, something unexpected. Who knows!

The most basic form of review campaign and to me the most effective. I have done this type of review for Royse client in the past. I also remember my last review with him which my review was the best and I recieved the highest amount of pay for that review.

Accepting a few good users for the first and round and a few others for the second round is nice and effective for a review, unless the emphasis is not on review, maybe to encourage constant usage of the service. This is another ball game altogether.

You are right, completely agree with you, the thing I personally assume is that there are currently more resourceful users in the other forum than here at the moment, and what I mean by resourceful is having the right tools for any type of job that comes up.
For example, there are some type of review campaigns where the participants can't do without having to make use of a computer, and if a potential participant doesn't own a computer or a working computer, that becomes a big challenge.
This with low userbase at the moment can count to why some marketing ideas may get low patronage here.
