Well, thanks TryNinja for pointing me to where is KingsDen's review. Although I think it would be better if the reviews were in this official ANN thread, since discussion is "allowed" here and does not require the transfer of quotes from another thread. I'll write my comment here, not in the review thread, it won't be moved to the trash from here.
Issues With This Fee Structure
- Unpredictability and variation between big and small mixes: The fee varies too much (0.7% – 4.7%). Users may feel uncomfortable not knowing exactly how much they will pay save they use the calculator.
- High Fixed Fee for Small Transactions: The 0.0003 BTC network fee is very high for users who want to mix small amounts (e.g., 0.001 BTC).
- Competitiveness: Most mixers charge between 1% – 3% with lower or dynamic network fees.
Fees Recommendations
To attract more users, Genesismix should consider:
- Reducing the maximum mixing fee (keep it between 0.7% – 2.5% for fairness).
Maybe you missed it, but when mixing on Genesismix, and I think it's common with all mixers, you can set the mixing fee yourself. In this particular case, it is between 0.7% and 4.7%. There is a slider

So it is not particularly important if the maximum mixing fee is 4.7% or 2.5%, because the user determines the percentage himself, starting from the minimum 0.7%
It appears that you used the default 2.7% selection set when creating the mix order.
Also, at the end of the order page, there is a very simple calculator that calculates how much Bitcoin the user gets after the mixing process, so there should be no surprises there.
