...we should be hoping for more activities in terms of ETF registration and approvals on certain crypto assets applications that are pending approvals. I think that the current SEC has started making progress, and the Donald Trump's new regime will make much difference in my opinion.

Gary Gensler is gone to the kingdom come so the current SEC is really different and with a different orientation and mindset while still pursuing the job that they should be doing in the cryptocurrency industry. I am sure there are reasons for the delay of ETF applications for both Solana and XRP...and in fact this delay can be for the good of both assets because the market is really down and nobody knows when it would be back on track. While there may not anymore be gargantuan benefits of having these ETFs approved, I still believe that this is sending a big message that these assets are considered to be solid and worth investing with.

It would appear the timing might just be good since they are saying the tariff war is going to fastforward the decline of USD and Bitcoin will replace it being the safest heaven asset.

If ETF is approved this May 2025 while the bullish momentum is kicking, then season will probably come for the altcoins with ETF to rise. Its probably time to stack up some of them to max profit.

altcoins such as xrp and solana etfs are delayed by sec to may 2025

etfs were a good sign of altcoin increasing adding to trump’s announcement that he will include some altcoins to the national reserve but now since the etfs are meant to be delayed can we expect that the altcoin season will be delayed too?

according to this article, delays are normal and we shouldn’t panic but surely this has consequences and might make some investors fear regardless
This month is April and next is May, so I don't see any delay here. Anything that will still happen this year is not a delay. So, let's be optimistic that there will still be an altcoins season.
But then ETF is not something that will drive the altcoins season, we should be looking at strategic reserve as a factor to push the market.

i do not know if trump had any plans on adding cryptocurrency this year but his announcements have been an implication that it will happen this year i do not think he can keep dragging this on because crypto enthusiasts are already getting impatient about the progress trump has been promising when it comes to crypto being added to us' government
