So there's this guy who demonstrated how you can use any lightning wallet like Phoenix, Breez, Primal etc and send Lightning invoices to the Swapido website, and then receive that money in a bank account at Mexico.

You can live off your bitcoins in this manner - with no KYC.

I'm not sure if anyone around here lives in Mexico or plans to travel there anytime soon, but it's useful information to people who are.

A very good option, indeed. With its hassle-free features, am sure that Swapido can be able to find a good market share but let's hope that the government will not come in and order it to impose the KYC crap. But then again, I am not sure if there is a limit threshold to the KYC-free feature just like what many exchanges are also implementing. I am hoping that they can also expand to other countries or similar entities can offer similar services in many more countries so that we can expand Bitcoin and cryptocurrency adoption more to the people.

They would do that only if the money in question would be big or it would seem "fishy" for them, but it can happen, imo.

I hope for the best for this project and idea, though.
