Which serves a better experience?

How someone's daily schedule is will determine which one is preferable in usage for them. In my own case, I prefer a smartphone because I can make use of that at any given moment without any stress or running out of battery for the use of the forum.

My type of work, requires me to be active online. Because I do have a course online that I am helping out with my friends to carry on with on WhatsApp. I can't do all that with my laptop without having it switched off within two hours, while my phone lasts many hours.

The same goes for the forum. Since I am always on my phone, I can read forum posts at any place I find myself. It must not be at home, it might be elsewhere, where I am hanging out with friends. I can take a look at that post, and comment on it if I like

Yeah, I totally get you. It really depends on your daily routine. For me too, using a smartphone is just way easier. It’s always with me, and I don’t have to worry much about battery or finding a place to sit with a laptop. Especially when you're busy or always on the move, a phone makes more sense. You can chat, check forums, and do a lot of stuff even while hanging out or doing other things. Laptops are cool, but not always convenient. So yeah, phone wins for me too most of the time.

Over the years, I have been a member of this great forum, with the number of years, I have made use of Smart phone(s). Most times, I have this feeling that there are things a laptop/system can do which smart phones can't, though I don't know what those things are. 
So, this makes me to ask, which do you think serves a better experience in the use of this forum?

Though if is only on this forum the two are perfect because there is nothing any of them cannot do and besides this forum is not complex that only laptop can be needed, however desktop system is not okay for it do to that fact that it works only when there is light and anything other than that it will not, so even if you can use it but it will give you some inconveniences because is not gonna be active as laptop and smartphone, the major work here is the writing and both phone and laptop has keyboard to be used.

people multitasking like this are incredible lol

sometimes it is hard to focus when you are outside so even if you have your phone with you with the forum opened it may be distracting when you are outside with friends and it is noisy and quite eventful so maybe for some people they like it better to just sit down at their office and open their desktops that way they can focus so much more

though i guess if you treat forum like a social media application then you can focus on it even if you are outside.

All of them have pros and cons. Depending on your availability and of course if we're at home, it's best to have it on desktop. And if when we're away and like staying in some hotels or cafes, laptops could be the best device to use. But if we're on the go and we're not in a comfortable place but we want to navigate the forum then the best option are the smartphones.

Yea and also it depends on individuals on which one they know how or find it easy to use, because it’s not everyone that can be able to operate laptops and might also not have the capacity to handle it properly.
So anybody that find any of it easier to use, it’s good for them and they won’t find it hard to operate on and also anyone you can afford too.

I agree, forum activities using smartphones are more effective than using a PC, where if we use a smartphone we can interact, read and find out about any developments we are waiting for at any time, I think using a smartphone is more comfortable and simple if we are outside the house

Everyone has their preference, some people will prefer using the laptop because of its larger screen and its makes everything bold for them to see, must especially people that are having vision issues.

But as for me, I prefer using smartphone. after all, that's what I normally use and I enjoyed using it. Because you can carry it along with you wherever you are going, but it will not be easy to  carry your laptop around. however you can login into the forum and access it directly with your smartphone without people knowing what you are doing and no one will even bother to ask. Because using smartphones is more common between people. But seeing you moving around with your laptop, it will draw people's attention and they will ask you a lots of questions that you will not even be able to answer.

That's a good one. I have noticed that there is notion attached to use of both the devices. If person is using smartphone, it's usually assumed that he's doing some timepass stuff while if one has laptop and he's doing something on it, he's considered 'professional' — you know what I mean?

Smart phones are the smoothest to use in this forum, due to its flexibility and mobility. It can work anywhere you are, whether standing, seating or in a tight area/schedule. I will say the experience will be a total different thing when the mobile phone is not as smart as it could be. Cause, old version mobile devices finds it difficult to easily do somethings in the site; lagging and hanging of the phone can make one even tiered.
