Let's say two different babies born at the same time (not twins) and they are living the same life style, same food and everything same so you expect the both people should be exactly same in everything, genetics play a big part apart from the practice.

Yeah, envy can really mess things up. Instead of feeling bad about others doing well, just focus on your own grind. Celebrate their wins, and keep pushing for yours. Everyone has their own time!

Yeah, i know sometimes it can be hard not to feel jealous, but it is what you do with that jealousy that matters, do you let it turn into envy and then hatred, or do use it to motivate yourself. Always learn to congratulate people who are doing well or have achieved something good, rather than being jealous.

You are totally right, instead of having hatred on people who are successful, channel the energy into working more harder to also be successful, learn positive things or skill from them and achieve something great from them and also it’s good to keep congratulating people because one day, it will get your turn and always remember to be always grateful for everything you have benefits from their kindness and also be optimistic.
But while we are learning from them or working hard to help ourselves, we shouldn’t forget that everything that glitters is not good and we should try and be satisfied with whatever we have.

People are different. Some learn faster, some slower. Some already feel at home with certain things, as soon as they see something they understand it, while some take a while before they understand it.

Speaking of envy, I heard a story about someone who always complained about their life. They always compare themselves with other people and always feel dissatisfied with how their life is going. Objectively though, they're doing fairly well because they got married, have good kids, don't get bothered by loans, etc. They realize it's a problem but find it hard to be content with what they have.

To be fair though, being content with what you have can be quite difficult to distinguish from being passive/lazy. It's easier to judge if your life is decent, though, because you can't say you should accept your life the way it is when you're broke and don't put an effort into looking for a decent job.

It's hard to be content though, no? Particularly because world is so vast and there is always something more to do. Sure, basic needs may be satisfied, but there are more things to do.

To be successful you must do the right things at the right time and criticize everything with many people. There are many people who lead a lazy life, but nothing good can be done by laziness or ease. Many people's lives change with luck, but it is not for everyone. Contentment on what you do have on which do really bring up that happiness. You can be able to differentiate into those people who are really that truly being contented on what they do have now despite on having some hardship in terms of financial but still they are really that happy with it. In speaking about having some progress or having some improvement then it will really be that  depending on a certain individual on whether they would be trying out to make some changes then they would really be needing to exert extra effort for that so they would really be able to achieve on what their targets or goals. Each person does have that different mentality on which it do came up with different decisions to be taken into their own lives.

I don't think this is universal truth, and it depends on individual. Personally, I like to work alone, I am more focused that way and I find people distracting.

That's true @libert19, every one is not the same, some people usually prefer to work  silently alone while their results and success will be a proof that they are really doing something great but some people too prefer teamwork because let to them alone, they will just easily give up if there's nobody that is there to push them or motivate them to strive harder. You know that there are some people that often prefer to get motivation from their friends or relatives before they can be able to keep chasing after their goals but they get lazy when they don't get those motivation.

Yeah, when you have support around, it's good motivation but it kind of dependency and one might not always have this support so if one can get motivations from within it's better in comparison IMO.

Every individual is created differently, the way we think is also different. Even identical twins born together exhibit differences talk less of friends. You will have a friend that share a common goal with you. but your ways of approaching the goals must be different. What lead to success for one person may not be the same for another person. Your friend success may lied in one work but yours may not, your own success may lie in another work and even if your friend joins the work with you, he may likely not be successful as you are, because his success doesn't lied there. Everything about life is vice versa. Everyone is created in their own unique ways, everyone has the potential to be successful, but their success may manifest in differents ways and at different times.

Grace follow time sef follow. Not every individual will be successful, it not a curse it a fact, every body has their own grace some is mightier than the other. And also the Bible says there is time for everything under the sun, this means that the day of success differs amongst people, some will succeed today some in years to come while some will not even succeed even if all the time is given to them.

Those who get better than us are the ones who do far more hard work than most of us, not only hard work but smart work. Most of us think that we're more hard working than those who got higher success than us but that's not true in most cases.

Some people who are very successful pretend to show that they're lucky that's why they got such level of success but in reality those people have worked really hard to get that success.
