It's not exactly new innovation, where generally it's called homomorphic encryption. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homomorphic_encryption shows partially encrypted solution exist since 1978, while fully encrypted solution exist since 2009.

This is the first time I hear about Nillion...
I don't have a clue what blind computing is and what projects are working on using this, but it reminds me on old ICO projects selling snake oil.
I could be wrong but I don't see this project as something groundbreaking, but let's wait and see what happens in future.
