Why my activity stuck?

I opened an account on this forum a few days ago. And explore regularly. One thing I noticed is that if I replay a topic, my posts are increasing but my activity is not increasing. Is this normal?

Now your activity is at 9 means it didn't freeze, also there are other factors like online time that might come into the picture.

Don't worry mate. Your activity will increase eventually. You just have to post regularly. At the moment, I see your activity per day is 0.391, meaning you'll notice a increase of 0.391 everyday. Keep posting and the rate will go up.

In order to rank up many factors are considered. Activity is one of them. And if have enough activity for ranking up but not enough karma points and post counts, then your activity might freeze which is normal. But in your case none of them apply. Currently, it would take 2 days for you to gain 1 activity points.

Regular posting of either creating a post or replying to a post will make it increase. Being regular and active in the forum is the only key to increasing your post count and activity here in the forum.

When activity is freezed, you can still rank up by increasing your post counts, while in terms of ranking up, activity and post count are requirements. New accounts usually face this stuck issue, well if I say, it is not an issue but the algorithimic way of forum (if there is any in place) to measure if the member wants to be here or not, I mean if you wants to be here, then you will remain online mostly, either reading or writing here. This way forum can take you as real user.

This method is good to spot real users, and admin knows for what other things, but after you get ranked or starts getting activity there are points where again your activity will stuck, that's normal, you just have to make better posts, focus on on time here, focus on karma, etc.
