The world top leading economies are actually struggling with economic problems...
The major economies have their share of economic issues; they are not exempt from them. The difference is that most of them have the facility to handle it properly, so it appears to the world that they are trouble-free. A few nations in Africa and other continents have managed theirs poorly, and it is now obvious to the world that things are really bad.

Super power nations seems to suffer these kind of struggle nowadays so how much more those that were suffering from that for decades like the third world countries like mine. I think we do have like more or less $280B dept and currently   inflation rate is lower at 2.1% compared to previous month which is 2.8ish percent but yeah hopefully the government will take action on the thing that needs to be done to improve and grow the economy though easier said than done but I wish they will they despite the political unrest.

While the rich countries are struggling, all the rest are also suffering same difficulties because whatever happen to them affects the smaller countries dependent on the products coming from them.

There is no country today that isn't struggling with their economy and joblessness. But the oil countries in the middle east though still has money because all countries rely mostly on the energy they provide.

If we take a good look at the International debt statistics, we would see that most of all this our top dream country are in serious debt, countries like China, India etc. Their economy is suffering in one way or the other. But one thing to note here is that they have systems in place to manage this economic crises.  For example in the USA there are still some jobless citizens there who haven't been able to secure a job, but they still have a means of feeding because the government shoulders and give her citizens some amount of money. All this would make it difficult for that citizen to go about committing crimes like it is seen in other countries which I would not mention but I know we all know the country am talking about.

No country in the world that is not in any financial debt. They all have financial debts, finding ways to pay them off gradually, not at once because it will affect the economy of the country.

Most of the owed debts of a country have stayed for years, they increase in numbers because the present or past government keeps borrowing money from the World Bank to sort out or boost their country's economy.

I'm not the best person to tackle this discussion but I learned that you shouldn't just look at the debt to measure a country's economy. The better metric is looking at their Debt to GDP ratio. You can look up the latest stats.

Anyway, the biggest countries like the US can continue issuing bonds/treasuries to 'pay' their debts but who knows if they would actually fulfill it? Maybe they can just wage another military war through a proxy? They've been trying to get close to China.

They developed countries are also struggling, even though we are not aware of what is going on with them in most situation, but the little we have the opportunity of knowing are what we reacted upon, if they can be this challenged with inflation rate and the likes and still maintain the hierarchy they are in the global settings, this shows a well organization and effective management and leadership with their countries, which most of the developing countries lack through their leaders, we should know this that everything will have to depend on the kind of leaders there in a country, to determine is economic sustainability.

Government giving their citizens some amount of money is what makes the inflation worse. They did this as stimulus package worth 1200 in covid days which I think it helped but they are also saying this money made the people more reliant to the government and they aren't looking for jobs because of it.

What economist are saying is that if US is having a hard time, it affects all other countries.

It’s surprising how much debt these big countries have! People think the U.S. and China are super rich, but they’re actually struggling too. Prices keep going up, jobs are being lost, and the debt just keeps growing. It really makes you wonder how they keep everything running.

Last week I spoke with a friend of mine in U.S and he told me of the series of crimes being committed there, I didn't believe him at first because the movies I usually watch depicts America as a peaceful nation, but the reality is that just like Nigeria is, other countries are still experiencing corruption and crimes in high rate.

Actually, corruption and lack of political will are major obstacles to economic development in my country. So if the government wants, these two obstacles to the economy can be easily eliminated with good will. Since my country does not have an accountability system, corruption is prevalent in a large part. However, the economy of our country can also be enriched through the production of exportable goods. Just like there is no country that does not export Chinese goods. In my country, only a few products are exported so we need to focus on producing many quality products.

Higher debt doesn't necessarily mean a bad thing, if government wants to pay off their debt then their option is to increase the tax which again impact the citizens directly that is why better borrow the money and take the burden away from people. And if we look at the bigger picture then we realise that it's way to pump the money into the economy so the inflation will increase and money created out of thin air, another reason why we need Decentralised monetary system.

first of all we won’t really know how bad the lifestyle is at a country until we visit it and we experience what it’s like to live there every day but also why we romanticize the life abroad is because no matter how bad it is there, it is still better than in some of the third world countries
