Buying AI projects for the future

Somebody asked me yesterday evening for a piece of advice on which projects to invest in. I think he's just getting started in the space, but he had seen my past results on some of these projects I did research on, like Jellyjelly, Major, and Anlog, without the help of any idolo, and they did well. Although my investment wasn't much, but my ROI was great.

The only advice I gave him is to focus on spot trading first and buy projects that are basically AI projects. If you remember, we have $OCEAN, $AGIX, $FET, and now the newly listed $NIL. However, he should also DYOR (Do Your Own Research), because, in my own view, AI is the future, and anything attached to it, even in cryptocurrency, will surely do well.
I don't know if I actually advised him well. If you have a better suggestion, you're welcome to contribute.

So why the choice of AI project? Cos basically they're all the same thing to me except NIL which I'm still trying decipher. I believe I made a post on it and their new concept of blind computing which I find interesting, but I'll be patient to see how it goes. Price trend isn't really that bullish btw, but there's potential imo

they are all the same to me. the other may have some features not on the other AI projects but once they figure it can be a reason for investors to shift, they will also be developing the same features. what matters i think is where these AIs are listed.

if they are for example listed on binance while the other AI tokens are just on the unknown exchanges, it will not be  exposed to more investors.

This is good advice, buying AI projects now can still give profits, but you should teach him about diversification and risk management too, as this is just a simple calculation, and without it the newbie finds it hard to calculate the profit and loss. I joined the Nillion airdrop, but unfortunately, I did not win it.

Most of the time, I don't win any airdrops. I joined more than 280 airdrops but won only a few like 10 to 20 maybe. The reward is also very small as I only joined with one account. The point is airdrop is not a good field now to make rewards, but mentioning NIL here and investing now, I don't think that would be profitable. As there is a huge selling pressure.

It is true that AI crypto coins are very exciting, but if you do not do proper research you can get caught up in this excitement and end up with bad projects. There are many things you need to know where you can easily find the best AI crypto projects. Also, AI still lags behind the meme coin market in terms of market capitalization so that's a disparity that provides a huge investment opportunity.

So there are many things to look for in this artificial intelligence crypto such as market capitalization, use of breakthrough technology, strong community, sufficient funds. There is a list of many AI coins that can make a splash in the crypto market in 2025. Sorry that I don't want to mention names here because I haven't done proper planning and research yet and am lagging behind in AI investments.

Couldn't get more time to explain, but i actually did in my own way and i hope he understands that sometimes it doesn't come as get rich quick and some needs to be patient to be profitabe

You didn't advice him wrongly, you should also persuade him to buy some fractions of Top crypto assets too like BTC, ETH and BNB seeing their strength in the market and also prolonged lifespan linked with price increase as time goes by.

And also, you should try kill the zeal of him thinking he'll be getting profits on the shortest time frame, rather exposing him to patience and psychology control.... And don't forget to explain to him that he should not invest what he cannot afford to loss because investment is also a risk too. And the crypto market doesn't go in just one direction.
He shouldn't panick with his investments, rather give it a chance to grow and yield profits for him.

I also have some AI Tokens that I bought for the long term and have been continuously developed to this day.

The real hype may not have started yet because the price of Bitcoin is also volatile and if Bitcoin stabilizes and rises then the AI Project will also rise and experience a massive recovery.

Top companies and countries are vying to have the best AI in the industry, so why not community-dedicated AI? One of the projects worth looking at that is crypto-dedicated is VeniceChat; they have a token that you can use to stake, and the APR is good.

Okay, this is how it is supposed to be, we should teach them the basic but keep in mind we should teach them according to their caliber which we can atleast judge by asking few questions, like what they know, and how much they know about BTC, etc. etc. then we teach them and another thing is to not teach them all the things at once but with time as in lecture forms.

You did good though, we need to teach others about crypto and then also motivate them to do their own research too. Crypto is not quick rich scheme.

So in this cycle it's used to be NFT's and then it died down, then tap2earn, which is also slowing down. It could be AI though, lots of potential in this project, but the market could be saturated and it means that it's going to be very hard to make money.

Definitely, I do not think that AI is hype, this technology is the future, we have seen many applications of it and continue to evolved as we speak. Almost every country now is developing their own set of AI.

It could be very different for crypto though, however, as I have said, this could be the game changer for us. So just invest on projects that has been great, supported and has the consensus by the community.

among crypto trends, ai is one that i do not think have a short time span

ai is functional in the real world and is trendy among common people it is also one that is continuously being developed so integrating it with crypto would be sustainable i believe the trend is only starting and has more to offer in the future
