Ever won a giveaway on an exchange before ?

As the easter celebration approaches, it seems some exchanges have rewards in for their users. I’ve come across a couple of promotions organized by exchanges for the easter holiday. A particular one that stood out was to trade to win a Tesla giveaway, which kinda reminds me of last year Christmas celebrations.

A lot of giveaways kept showing up on my timeline, one was about a trip to an island while another i remember was an iPhone 16 and MacBook giveaway. Though, i heard people still win but I haven’t won any in a while. Which brings me to ask if anyone has won any of these exchanges giveaway prizes.

I have not won such giveaway before and I have not seen anyone that have won it before. The only one I have won before was an exchange that told me to do something (but which I have forgotten) to receive up to $1000. It was not about a referral and it was simple so I did it. I was credited with just $2.

I guess is all of us that lacks the luck in winning in any participating campaigns, but luck was on my side some months back I couldn’t believe it I was among one of the best winners in an exchange campaign which I participated on. The campaign was brought by an exchange FMCPAY  they hosted a campaign and I participated on twitter and fortunately for me I was among the winners and i was gifted with there token and it really worth a lot of Usdt for me and I really enjoy the campaign and I was great full I was among the winners. But aside from this I haven’t won any campaign ever.

This is actually a type of advertisement that actually works as a promotion for an exchange. I have spent a great deal of time in crypto but honestly I have never won a giveaway like this. Also, I have participated in many giveaways outside of exchange giveaways but maybe I am just unlucky. Moreover, you only need to check the profiles of those who win in these giveaways, I am sure you will not find the real existence of those people. That means there is a shelter for fraud in this type of giveaway and those who win are community members of that platform.

You have to be really lucky to win such an 'expensive' giveaway, the casino has so many customers and you are vying with many of them for the gift, it is very difficult. I have never won any giveaway in any exchange before, i do not even check for their promotions and stuffs like this.

I at first took these events for serious but now I know these events are strategy to gain more real users to increase their liquidity and to promote themselves they don't give such huge rewards to just anyone, except you are some big investors who have stored millions of dollars on their exchange or you are their own team member.

I never saw them giving such rewards, I recently look for a button game in Binance where you have to stop the button near to 0 and the nearest one will win, the same person won their BNB button and BTC button game I came to know about from someone but the information is legit. IT is possible that they are rigging or giving rewards to their own team members somehow.

Nah... Haven't won any giveaway and I don't partake in them because I hardly use an exchange to the point of noticing these giveaways and have time for them. I only did a transaction once in Binance that I was given 20000 Pepe that is worthless. Don't really like giveaways.

Whenever I decide to use a CEX, I normally see those pop ups telling me to claim my share of a fund. Some will say it is an airdrop, some will call it campaigns. I do not click or participate because of fear of fishing scam. That not withstanding, I have known people who claim they recieve such giveaways from exchanges. When I witnessed that last was years ago when BNB coin was launched, binance exchange spread it among many of their user.

are you trying to find out if there is any legitimacy to these giveaways? lol i have not won anything as significant as a tesla i will say that much but the thing with these giveaways is that there usually is some crazy requirements to be qualified to enter the giveaway

I’ve also noticed most of these promotions are seasonal. I’d say it’s great, it’s probably one of the ways they reward users. I might even join one to try my luck because who knows..

I've seen these giveaways with most exchanges especially related to futures trading. I haven't seen anybody who has won this giveaways as I myself don't even participate with their futures trading related giveaways.
I also observed that the price of these giveaways used to be very huge and catchy especially when it's about trading tournament for futures.

The only giveaway I've won was $1 worth and that was on an airdrop related to $MANTLE and that can't practically be called a price won, though I didn't even do any much task to get it.. but anyhow it was free, so it's still a giveaway.

I don't think you'll ever get lucky in a giveaway like this because I've never been able to verify the authenticity of the people on this winner list. I checked the profiles of participants in a giveaway winner list in 2022 and all the new profiles, it was certain that members of that community had committed fraud. But if a project allocates a giveaway of 500$-1000$, you can participate there because any project is willing to spend a small amount of money. But you will be a fool when you participate in a million dollar giveaway.

Whenever I see such notifications, I just skip them because I feel it is impossible to win such due to the massive number of participants. The only thing I won is few USDT as some kind of rewards for being in an event and I guess it just added the users by default so from my side it never happened and I never seen anyone from the forum claiming they won anything too.

Never indeed a big giveaway from any Exchange because it is very difficult in my opinion.
Usually the event that gives big prizes on the exchange is the Trading event and will see how well the participant's trading knowledge is whether they can do the trading challenge or not, or there are some trading competitions that require the participant to earn the most points from the trades made.

But there are indeed some giveaways with fairly easy conditions, but of course it will be chosen randomly who will win.
But I never won it.
