Only Telegram and X support channels?

For this kind of service, I'd be expecting SimpleX chat option as well. You can't really get quality support on X/Twitter, and not all people tust Telegram after recent events.

But I think btw me and you, it's best to just use the verified X except maybe the telegram handle is also very because I really don't recommend telegram as it's too easy for scammers to impersonate an active channel or profile

Verified X account and as you have said, they are very quick in their response and this is something that we customers wanted to, seamless experience and quick support.

The best way to understand the service is to visit the site and read through their papers such as the terms and conditions of the site that way you see what the service they rendering is and how to use them to stay within the framework of acceptable actions on the site.


Just as you said it swapping and as the name implies it's chains swap which means you can have a cross-chain service from the exchange which is what you may not get from the other's.

Coins from mixers can be flagged sometimes on CEX but platforms like this that offers swapping or exchanging of coins and tokens are still being much love.

Not everyone loves to use a KYC exchanges. Non-KYC exchanges are just more loved  and appealing to others, especially for those who value privacy.

This exchange is very good and provides convenience in transacting without KYC and even provides benefits for us. It's just that some of us wonder about the bitcoin exchange rate here, maybe because this exchange is new and has not been fully completed, it is still in process, so the exchange rate is not stable between the exchange here and other exchanges.
