Happy New Month all! Q1 has been something else in the crypto market, and after a period of uncertainty, I am excited to see what Q2 has to offer.

Today is April Fool's Day, and I'm surprised by how BTC PA is; it got me wondering if we would be getting fooled into making a new ATH or if we would actually see some pump to the previous high.

What are your expectations for BTC in Q2
Since the new month which happens to be April the first month of Q2 we have experienced more of a decline on Bitcoin than we did all through the Q1, we were actually expecting to see better in the Q2 but so far we have not see that bright sigh of a good move that will end on a new ATH but we are very hopeful as there some events surrounding Bitcoin in recent time which could be suggesting some more adoption and recognition in some countries and even amongst investors, so all of that are adding to the progress of Bitcoin which suggest a possible move sooner that will probably get it to attaining a new ATH but it may be not as soon as we may anticipate.

^ It's due to the prediction of a recession coming.

And the market reacted to it accordingly - then, the crypto market did the same.

Tariff wars have a huge impact on the world economy, and this also has an impact on the crypto market which makes bitcoin prices struggle. Many hope that developed countries will immediately discuss and find a solution to compromise so that this tariff war will end soon. because this year's bullish season we are all waiting for the bitcoin price to reach a new ATH and the altcoin season will come soon.
some altcoins are still far from their ATH.

To be fair, even before all that tariff thing, many experts had been predicting an impending recession. Teump's policies only poured petrol on the fire.
On the positive note, with all that negativity and S&P/Nasdaq crashing, Bitcoin is still moving sideways without experiencing any serious dip.
Maybe expecting a rally in such conditions is just expecting too much.

For the records purposes as regards the causes of recession, during the Joe Biden regime, the US economy went into recession and it was not caused by increase tarff, in facts, the causes of recession as at the time was not because of increase tariff, i think the pandemic ( COVID 19) might be linked to the recession. However, recession is not limited to tarrif increase in a country but there are other reasons for recession like,
1.A decline in consumer confidence
2. rising interest rates.
3. Inflation
4. Financial crisis
5. Supply chain disruption etc

In think that generally, the current crypto market might be linked to the tariff war but it is certain that the situation will last forever, the Bull rull is active in my opinion.

We can also see now how the market reacted to the news about the new "Black Monday" coming.

Prices are soaring everywhere..

What are your expectations for BTC in Q2
I still have high hopes that we will reach a new ATH not only by Q2, but at least this year.
Of course, I might be wrong and we might face the thing that many don't want to see to happen at least this year and this is, a start of the bear market season this early.

I'm still bullish on the crypto market despite of what's happening within the past 2 months. What's good is that, the meme coin hype is already dying. What we need right now is new money that will be flowing towards Bitcoin and top altcoins. As of the moment, that isn't happening, but I'm hoping that in the next months, it will happen.

At any time there can be surprises on the crypto market, the possibility for Bitcoin to come up stronger can't be underestimated. I am sure that before the end of the year, 2025, altcoins will experience a rally before the bear market take over the market.
The bull run, in my opinion is still pushing very strong despite too many negative developments, the tarrif war, political unrest, and market sentiment. I think that all these market disturbance will soon come to an end, hoping to see fresh Btc demands that will help boost the price.

Still a little too soon to say, as we've only been above the $90k for less than 3 days, but it looks like we could be back. We're still at the mercy of macroeconomic news and the development of the tariff wars, but the confidence in stocks and crypto markets is returning. Fear & Greed moved sharply up and is now in the Neutral territory.
The real question is whether we'll see a repeat of the double-top scenario from the 2021 cycle, with the new ATH only slightly above the first top, or are we going to see a proper rally, maybe to the $150k region as many were predicting, before we got struck with that correction.

What are your expectations for BTC in Q2
Actually the market is very volatile. No one can say how it will perform next week. Maybe they want to make some guesses. Q1 Since Donald Trump was elected, he has been trying to make America great and has done a lot of crazy things. This is the tariff war with China. That is why investors are no longer confident. Still, I hope Q2 will be good to think about.

But I think Bitcoin will make its ATH again. And to make it, it will have to reach the $72,000 level. This is the most logical explanation at the moment.

Bitcoin is already trading around 95K, probably your AI bot is not providing you the updated data. :P

So far, it's going positive despite ban, tariff war and lot other things and Trump will likely to extend the tariff war on countries except China will be the next big news in a month or two and that will be the perfect push to make bitcoin to achieve new ATH.
