Looking back at myself I started in crypto at about 16, back then I had hilarious thoughts like selling parent's real estate to invest in cloud mining, which thankfully I did not pursue. So 16 may be okay age for your kid, but just keep an eye on him, and make sure they don't do anything stupid and teach them to not do anything stupid.

16 years old is indeed enough to be able to distinguish between profit and loss and the risks that he will bear, only the possibility of managing emotions is still unstable. because in investing crypto you need to control your emotions. This requires experience in order to stay calm when the market experiences a correction and not be too greedy.

That's the best way to groom your kids. For me I'll start getting them trading tools books etc when they're 12years old ahaha. Before they're 20, They'd have gone through the stages and be pros..

Maybe the government is not currently focused on including crypto lessons in their curriculum, but I am sure the government will think about it. because crypto with a decentralized system is a technological advancement. and its citizens should learn it.

Anything from age 10 is ok for our children to start learning about cryptocurrency, this is just to enable them get the awareness of something called a digital currency existing and it is called crypto, know what bitcoin is and have the understanding of why it was created, i could remember on seeing a thread from the other forum about coding for kids, which children can also have a smart foundational background on what is expected of them later in life to do or know.

I haven't seen any programs that teach students about the money in their bank accounts, but they can still quickly access it when used daily. It's a shame that many kids can't manage their finances wisely; they often overspend and get into debt.

I hope that a financial management subject will soon be added to the general education curriculum starting from 6th class, and crypto will also be introduced to them so they understand the forms of assets: cash, bank deposits, securities, crypto, precious metals, real estate... Regarding blockchain technology, perhaps they will be taught it in the university program if they pursue an IT major.

Depends on what interests your kid or if he or she is a fast learner then I think it's a go but if not you need to wait for a while until he or she is ready. But I like your idea of teaching them at a young age so that they won't be swallowed by the social media system. What you are trying to do is really a future proof investment for your kids as we all know crypto is not part in curriculum in some parts of the world.

I think you can identify what is the right age of kids to learn cryptocurrency. Every child has different capacity. By noticing the behavior of your kids you can tell it if ideal. As long as you're not forcing them it's okay since trading is not easy, forcing can only make things worse. There's a huge potential in trading, if I have a kids I will teach them.

Your idea or better say the one you were told about to employ is the best idea you can come up with now to carry your kids along in the crypto space. I won’t wait until my child gets to the age of 18 before letting them know about digital currencies. If they were to get a school that teaches about that from their preliminary class, I would not hesitate to get them into such schools. I have see and witness the better part of cryptocurrency which has proven to be worth knowing from an early age before making some decisions in life at adulthood. Since your kids won’t have the ability to get acquainted deeply into the crypto space with the age they’re now, getting them to first know about it through the the educative simples tools you mentioned are the best approach for now.

I think what OP is doing is commendable and should be look at by parents who are into cryptocurrency industry and has the desire to get their children also involved. To answer the question on the right age, I think there is no definite answer on that because we can start with small things and gradually introduce concepts when they are ready to assimilate them. Yes, kits and games can help paving the way to kindle their interest and of course if we can spare a gift of crypto that they can use when they turn 18 or legal age then that would be so nice.

Giving children financial education is very good because it makes them financially literate or dependent at some certain age, and they can explore all means that are legal to get or make money depending on the knowledge imbibed in them. These days, education is made easier for kids as there are lots of educative channels or sources through which kids can be taught. Crypto youtube cartoons could do this perfectly well as it is designed for kids at that tender age, and when they constantly listen and watch these cartoons, it begins to stick into their memories, and gradually it becomes part of them till they get to that age of maturity when they can start doing things all by themselves.

Is the cashflow for kids the same as the board game that R. Kiyosaki introduced? If so, that's probably the first one that you should show to your kid. I think the knowledge they can get from that goes beyond crypto. Telling them about blockchain is a more technical stuff and they can learn that later.

In this day and age, it is good to introduce children to cryptocurrency, block chain and currency. Because in this day and age, children are addicted to various games on their phones and various media. These addictions will ruin their future. So, to prevent these things, I think it is good to introduce children to block chain and currency. By doing this, their future generation will go a long way. So, educate children about digital currency and let them invest properly.
