I believe that with the quick rise that we have, ending Q4 2024 to Q1 2025 is so fast that it would be some time before it goes down in pricing and has some consolidation with the current market that we have. I think this is a healthy correction before we go back to the 6-digit mark again.

As it can be said - you can't have a new ATH without a proper Bull trap installed for everybody to think we are going to hit rock bottom soon

At the moment, I am still considering a more negative scenario than a few days ago. I do not see any positive factors that would have a positive impact on the price. After all, the markets are so unpredictable that sometimes you are amazed at the illogicality of pricing.

My logic is simple. Large players have come to the understanding that they need to get rid of smaller ones. Thus, the price of Bitcoin should be sold down even more and excessive panic should be induced. This will be the trigger for the continuation of the downward trend.

I don't think we could see a price surge for BTC in Q2 seeing the current situation of the global economic situation and it's impact on the price of Bitcoin. But just to stay positive, it is all under a probability.

Looking at the Trump effect on BTC, it has not made a strong positive impact since his inauguration, we only observed a price surge during his campaigns. So as of now, we could possibly continue to see a struggle until things finally settle. I just see it as part of his plans in Making America Great Again (MAGA).

All we have to do is sit and observe what happens next.

Never think that crypto = bullish... not every day crypto can be forced to always skyrocket, it is a bad market too... demand and supply must always be dynamic, so that the crypto market can fluctuate better... Crypt market can not be forced to skyrocket, it is completely dependent on certain factors. for example the Demand and supply rules. The demand and supply principles makes the market to fluctuate at intervals, this is a normal situation for every market.
Finally, the timing of the market trends is not certain, it may happen at quarter two or three, it is actually difficult to predict accurately. Most times, predicting the market is based on assumptions.

top altcoins will follow suit.

Currently, it is an activity of waiting and looking for semaphores that come from the direction of the market. It is not a small belief and it is a fuel towards the increasing anticipation of the bitcoin. But there are cases when market sentiment does not go in accordance with the reasons that could be dictated by the community. In some cases, the ascent is not expected at any given time, while the slump is when everything looks rather promising. Faith is inspiring, but life goes on the pace of life as it is regardless of wishes that people may have. Thus, we may believe in potential, but still remain aware of the fact it is impossible to promise or control the direction of the market based upon feelings.

We don't know, only time can tell if we'll get back bullish. But isn't that a bullish action when we've seen the drop to $74k and it's now up to $84k-$85k? We have been doing good and that's what I can tell what is happening. If we're going to see more bearish then it should have dropped below $70k but then, the movement of BTC that is shown is only telling us that this is a good move that we're having, only a matter of time that it will be back to $90k.

So far, the price of Bitcoin seems to be recovering fast from the drop it experienced in the beginning of this Q2, right now as at the time of writing this comment, the price of Bitcoin is at $85,910, just $90 away from $86k.

I also don't know what to expect of the price of Bitcoin and crypto currency in general in this second quarter of the year, but so far, things are looking a bit promising, but then, I think it's wise for us not to expect much, that is, in as much as we pray and hope for the price of Bitcoin to recover back to above $100k, lets also expect the worst so that if it does happen, it won't come as a big surprise to us, and this will also help us to invest wisely, don't trust the market too much to want to go investing an amount you can't afford to lose, I believe this is how we can stay safe even if or when the market is performing badly.

At this point in time, it's hard to predict TBH.

Anyway, my prediction for Q2 is that, the month of April will be somewhat bearish. May and June is what I expect that the price of Bitcoin will surpass the current resistances that it has right now such as the 21 Weekly Moving Average, prices of $90,000, $92,000, and eventually $100,000. Beyond Q2, I expect that Q3 will be time where Bitcoin will surpass it's previous ATH of $109,000 and might reach as high as $115,000.

Of course, this is just coming from a noob-ie like me so take it like a grain of salt.

It appears by all indications that temporary fluctuation still awaits btc in Q2 2025. But something worth considering readily comes to mind here, traditionally in the past there is usually something positive with btc in the month of April. It appears April happens to be its high-performance season that is in terms of its mean monthly average as recorded with several years past.so, I might just stay hopeful that despite the ongoing tariff war history might just possibly repeat itself this year. Maybe we might see a bullish movement. I stand to be corrected

the market may go more bearish this period and remain withing the $70,000 zone before it may have another correction for bullish trend and then make it up for all time high, but as i used to advise, we should stay speculative with the market performance and never underestimate the extent to which it may go, this is how some of us mostly got our motivations, because we sit basically more tight on the market candles.

Hilarious... They'll cry, but won't be as much as that, knowing well that the market will rebound after every bearish market situation. This is a normal thing for all, but for the very newbies to the crypto market, they will want to invest big and at this bear market going anything lower than the way it is, their heart may want to fall out through their mouth...

Every bearish moment is an entry point for new investors, the Q2 of 2025 is still kind of blurry, though showing a strong signal of reaching the $90k mark, as it has reached $85k+, though rejected from there. The tariff from US has been some hold down to both stock and crypto market, I think if this can be corrected or fixed up, then market will see some new highs. Funny enough, any bad news has its effect on the market, and it is certain that bad news will always surface after good news has occurred.
