Etherscan - how to contact them?

I've been trying for some time to send them certain requests but without success. They have several contact forms depending on the reason, but it all seems to be in vain. Why do these services most often have serious difficulties or is it just negligence towards contact with users?
I also tried through their official X (formerly Twitter) account, but they just seem to ignore any comments.

Has anyone ever had a similar experience and would any suggestions help?

Yeah that can be kinda frustrating sometimes. It feels like shouting into a void when contact forms and social media go unanswered honestly it's hard to tell if it's negligence or they're overwhelmed either way it's bad customer service.

As for suggestions maybe escalating through other channels could work but if they're ignoring everything it's tough maybe try direct email addresses of departments or managers or if it's a paid service threaten to cancel sometimes that gets their attention good luck. A live customer support can help sometimes.

Oh no, that's a bummer that I haven't had any experience with this issue before! I rarely reach out to project teams in the crypto space myself. I even seldom use Etherscan these days, since I keep my assets on CEXs and can conveniently track my balance fluctuations whenever I need to. So, checking my addresses on Etherscan isn't really a habit of mine anymore.

Go through the website and look for some emails that are intended for other issues, something like legal@, advertesing@ etc etc..
Write them to that while explaining why you have chosen to go through this path.
If none, that would be pretty weird, and no success whatsoever and the issue is indeed important contact namecheap and they might forward you the contact info of the owner, but only if it's something really important like legal matters.

lol . This question makes me want to laugh but is this a serious question or not?
The problem is that sometimes I also get stories from Scam tokens to Etherscan or maybe from Binance Smart Chain too.
When I send the R token, what is sent is also another Scam token like RR, RRR or RRRR. I don't think this is Etherscan's fault but it's funny that they are the ones who create the Scam tokens that are on every explorer like Etherscan and bscscan.

They have already defined contact forms, depending on the reason for someone contacting them. I DON'T know if it makes sense at all to look for their direct email addresses, so I should try bypassing the protocol.

Enough for that note to initiate someone's KYC request, and I don't want to give personal data to certain services.

Is very hard to reach them, and I usually wonder how those that normally reach them was able to because they hardly respond to messages, however you might not get them through X because a lot of them doesn't like to answer complaints or even reply messages but they always come online to post information they needed to convey, though I feel that their X wasn't for support that's why but the more appropriate way of like getting in contact with them is through mail.

I think this is my first time seeing a case like this. They seem to have new ads every now and then, so I believe the service is still running fine. They also flag phishing tokens regularly.

Is it possible that they block your email or something similar, so they don't see your message? I guess contacting people with influence will give you a better chance to get a response, although that in itself is unreliable.

Just to make an update on the whole case.
After a long time and a lot of submitted requests, in the end, they accepted the suggestions. Although they were quite close in communication and everything ended without any explanation.
