when someone is asking you about wanting to earn some extra money and you try to recommend cryptocurrency because it’s what you have been focusing on for quite a few years now but then they already have a preconceived notion about crypto and they are already acting like they know everything about crypto and just overall remains uninterested, wouldn’t you be less motivated to teach them about crypto?
at that point, i’d know that this person is not open minded and doesn’t want to actually learn something new so honestly i should just stop at that point and not teach them about crypto what about you? will you keep teaching this kind of person?
Well, back in the day, probably around 13 years ago, I was also someone who was interested but considered crypto a scam. It's embarrassing that I used to act that way when a classmate mentioned crypto, and he had even bought some BTC at that time. I chose to stand aside with indifference, I even thought BTC would soon fail since it was outside the economic principles I had learned.
A few years ago, when I shared the opportunity to invest in BTC with friends, they also scoffed and denied the BTC value. At that time, I was very enthusiastic about defending BTC and tried to convince them to follow and give the crypto market a chance.
However, I don't do that anymore. I'm very busy and have little time for friends. BTC has also matured enough for many people to seriously learn about it. Information is always available on the internet, whoever wants to learn will have the knowledge, and whoever is lazy and doesn't want to approach BTC will only know rumors. I have no obligation to explain crypto to anyone, if they don't want to listen or want to ask Google, I don't need to waste energy and time on them.
