That's a lot of assumption, the kind that can encourage more youths to gamble because they think their age is making it from gambling, so they start gambling without considering that losses are also made. I consider myself not so much of a gambler but I do wager on some games and sports but I think OP misrepresented gambling to the youth intentionally. Gambling can't be a source of income when a player loses more money than winning.

He must be seeing this gambling in the casino owners perspective where the owner earns money all the time because players lost all the time as well.

There are many of us who play gambling to make quick money or to get rich quickly, but we should not play it to get rich quickly or we should not think that we can get rich by gambling here. Indeed, you are right but nowadays its not done in the right way, most people are now using gambling as a job opportunity, they see gambling as a means of making money, which is making most people to be losing more and the more they are losing, the more the urge of keep gambling will increase in order to recover their loss and this way, the casino owners are the ones benefitting more while the gamblings are the ones losing more which might lead some people go into depression or gets frustrated as things is not falling in lines with their plans.

kids gamble because they are hoping to earn money that they can use for their luxuries at such a young age they are not yet responsible enough and they tend to just act without thinking much and the worst part here is it’s not even their money they are using to gamble but their parents’ so their parents are working hard and their kids are just using it recklessly
