If Bitcoin goes to 500 dollars, will you buy it?

Just a hunch, please: do you think buyers would still be inclined to purchase Bitcoin if it rose to $500 today?  It would have two ramifications, in my opinion.  First of all, if you take into account individuals who invested $10k, $20k, or even $100k, it probably would have destroyed a lot of people's assets and life savings.  Second, it would strengthen people's mistrust of digital currencies because they believe they are unreliable.  In that case, would you still purchase it?

Of course there will still be those who buy, they have other speculations that many of them will easily finish their Bitcoin stock when the price is $500... this is because there are still many people who hope for another shock wave, when the price is cheap then Bitcoin will bounce... yes everyone has that belief....

We know that Bitcoin will be very difficult to fall at that price, so I'm sure that currently many have promised to buy bitcoin as a souvenir if the price drops to $500 or even cheaper... I am very sure that Bitcoin will not be short of enthusiasts when it is that cheap...

I think that your comment is very appropriate in this time. So i am also agree with your prefer comment. But i don’t think bitcoin price reach under $500 in cryptocurrency market. We obviously know that bitcoin is one of the best profitable crypto in cryptocurrency world. If we follow in cryptocurrency market, we can see that bitcoin price is remain $96k up in this time. So i don’t expect bitcoin price reach down $500 in cryptocurrency market. But if this situation comes every crypto users want to buy it.

It need destructive situation like majority of its holders including institutions dumps their Bitcoin then also lots of government in all over the world declare Bitcoin as illegal currency.

But if it really happens that Bitcoin would drop at $500 for sure I'm still willing to accumulate it since we are still talking Bitcoin and there's still huge chance for a huge pump after these long streak bearish trend happen.

For the sake of the arguments the answer is Yes I will still buy bitcoin if it drops to 500$, but the question is what is the reason for that to happen? Since this is just a question even though we know that it is impossible to happen.

I am pretty sure that many people will still buy at that price, of course we are in the world of the trading industry, when the price drops from a very expensive price,

I think this is just a mere overthinking but if this happens, I will buy because it is also an opportunity for us buy more of Bitcoin asset, however, I don't think we'll be going to that stage of Bitcoin price dipping to that price you mentioned despite that no one can predict the price of Bitcoin or what will become of it price in the future but dipping to that level isn't that realistic again, Bitcoin has a history and overtime it hasn't failed, just last year we reached a milestone of $100k and we are still expecting a new ATH soon before the bearish season, am a bitcoiner believe that if Bitcoin price eventually drops to the any level that's confusing, it is an opportunity to buy more because it might be a strategy by whales to buy from those who doesn't believe in the process or those that are shaky in investment.

At the point if Bitcoin gets to $500, I'll still purchase it cause the interest among world leaders keep growing so that would be more opportunity for me to buy and with the US planning on having a Bitcoin reserve then I'm all in on it but I'm a trader and not a holder so if we go lower that allows me to be a holder

Why should we assume that something that seems impossible will happen, the price of Bitcoin is now $95,000-$100,000 then assume the price of Bitcoin becomes $500?! Of course this is like a dream, and impossible to happen. Because if this happens, then I am sure that public trust in Bitcoin will be lost. Agree. It is only a dream, it is an impossible hope to see Bitcoin returning to $500. Sure Bitcoin always drops and increases again, but the drop of the price won't be very significant. It will never drop very drastically as altcoins. Bitcoin price grows or declines gradually, but mostly Bitcoin keeps staying in predictable level. When it dropped in the bearish season 2022-2023, it was still above the lowest price in the bearish season 2018-2019. So the lowest price in the future, will be above the lowest price in the bearish season 2022-2023. In theory, it will never return to $500.

At this Point Bitcoin will never get to $500 and if it does then I'll sell my house and other properties and invest that money into Bitcoin and hold that thing for next 10 to 20 years to end up as a multimillionaire. Bitcoin will not even drop below $30k again and even if it does I'll invest huge amount of my savings into it.

To be sincere bitcoin dropping to $500 would never be a temporary drop like we use to have when the market is taking corrections, bitcoin dropping to $500 simply means that there was a huge economical crisis that I don’t even think many investors will be able to get out of so accumulating at that point will only be for those that have big convictions on it.

Yes I agree with you because the thing that would make the price drop in that form means that they would suppress more even if it has already drop, so actually as we normally see Bitcoin $96k and keep growing, that is how it will be in months  no movement in the price, this can even make countries with the intention of reserve fun not to consider it because there money will be put at risk, but there is no way the market will do that to Bitcoin after all this price.

That price is too low and probably it wont happen. If it happens, the whole crypto market is im very big trouble. It might be the end of other cryptocurrency too. That price is simply a dead coin, only few trades at that moment and everyone trying to make their own way to prevent higher loss in the process of dumping.

Crypto as a currency will have no problem serving it, Bitcoin has been under $500 for years and has worked perfectly, the value of a coin means nothing if you use it as a currency, people still use Monero without caring that much about the price that hasn't moved in years.
