Short but sweet, when he was elected and officially sworn into office, then we have all time high. But that's it, after that, the supposedly Bitcoin reserve was a disappointment.

And then his tariff policy that he imposed to many nations causes the market to swing. Thankfully, the market is not that affected as we have seen the price moving to $85k and so with that, Trump effect might be limiting now as we go along this year.

Donald Trump does not control Bitcoin. And can anyone control Bitcoin? Donald Trump is a very big billionaire and he is the president of a country like America, so his Bitcoin investment activity influences Bitcoin a lot. And people's interest in Bitcoin increases even more. And that's why suddenly the hype of Bitcoin increases a lot. So many people think that Donald Trump is controlling Bitcoin, because Bitcoin has crossed the $100k milestone for the first time. But yes, Donald Trump's contribution behind this is definitely much more this time.

He didn't mean to destroy BTC, he meant to win from China, while the impact is not only cryptocurrency, many aspects are affected by Trump's decision to impose high tariffs on several countries... even the biggest threat is that many employees are starting to be laid off due to decreased demand for countries that are subject to high tariffs...

I know, you are a cryptocurrency fan, but don't make the recent price drop the goal of Trump's decision... remember, the impact is not only cryptocurrency, the impact is very broad... don't be too whiny when you see your assets decline, strengthen your mentality, my friend..

I think it was due to him in the first place that BTC pumped to 100k so we all knew it will dump in his era too so it is on us to blame him for the dump only which we knew was basically not started due to him but remained this long due to his actions like starting tariffs war.

My only advice for Trump is he should not have introduced his meme token when he inaugurated because most of us were hoping he would talk about BTC and it will pump but he did not said one word about BTC besides on his twitter handle so it feels like he don't care much about it but want to use this field for his own profit.

Nobody has control over Bitcoin's growth. It is only influence that people can have on the growth of Bitcoin, and that is exactly what Donald Trump has based on his position as the president of the United States of America. Things will not continue to go that way considering the influence of Donald Trump. Yes, he will be able to influence the price from time to time, but I don't believe the extent of influence will be as much as it is currently or as we have seen that influence the dip price of Bitcoin from above 100k to about 70k.

You are right, trump's influence is only short term because it accelerates the price of bitcoin to reach its ATH If there is no trump bitcoin and the crypto market will do its role as usual according to the cycle that occurs. so actually we don't need to hope for someone, because the crypto market will do its own thing.
And now we are just waiting, although trump has not appeared to make a good policy but I am sure the price of bitcoin will reach ATH again this year

It belong to him that is 100% sure because you can confirm it from different sources like blogs, news sites, and from his personal Twitter handle. It can't be someone else's because if it were then till now we all would know.

The meme coin belongs to him, and the coins of his wife belong to her and that is 100% sure. He should not have started a campaign of his meme at inauguration instead he should have stick with BTC this could take it to the new levels but now all eyes are on reserve approval.

       -     Well, to the point you mentioned, I also agree that Trump doesn't really have control over the bitcoin price, but because of the influence he has besides being President, and a billionaire businessman, his influence is strong enough to make other community investors follow suit by buying and selling the price of bitcoin.

And we've seen that for several weeks now, he's been using tariffs to gain an advantage over other countries around the world. This is what I see in what he's doing, you see, when he stopped the tariffs because of his influence, the market went back to green and the price of bitcoin also pumped up because many communities bought.

The effects of Donald's Trump's policies on Bitcoin are short-term like you said but there are people who believes that he is controlling the price of Bitcoin with these policies. He wasn't controlling the price of Bitcoin rather with these policies rather it was just fundamental analysis playing out. Most of the new policies that affected Bitcoin price wasn't originally implemented to affect the price of Bitcoin but because he oversees the largest economy in the world, his financial regulations tends to affect the movement of the crypto market which is very normal and expected.

I agree sir, if we are talking about Trump effect on the price of bitcoin and we can see now the price of bitcoin is starting going up again. But Trump does not control bitcoin growth are like bitcoin network, bitcoin mass addoption as currency. Growth of users bitcoin around the world, growth of miners of bitcoin.
In fundamental aspec of bitcoin community is control of bitcoin than president Trump, because bitcoin is decentralize can not be controled by government or president.
