The most important thing that every trader needs to know and understand is that what really matters in trading which is supposedly profitable is discipline, you have to decipline yourself physically and mentally because it is easier to lose money in the crypto world than it is to make profit and as a beginner or experienced trader it's not about the money it's about how well and vast your knowledge is about reading the chart, recognizing the higher timeframe trend depending on the type of trader that you are (scalper,day trader,swing trader and long term trader) and knowing which direction you are taking wether being it going with the trend or against it, calculating your position and size according to you capital ,knowing your take profit and stop loss and then knowing when to enter and exit the trade. Then trade demo account before putting in your money for real.
Without decipline and knowledge all these mentioned above wouldn't be possible but here comes the money part, without the money or capital to trade or invest, the knowledge isn't completely useless cause you can teach it but you need experience to understand the price action better,and you don't really know what trading feels like untill you open that position.

But we know that trading is also very risky space for earn best profit in cryptocurrency market.  So if we want to earn best profit we should understand in cryptocurrency market carefully. There are no profitable traders who didn't experience loses in their trading journey. Losing is part of the journey because there is no strategy that has 100% win rate. Profitable traders still experience loses and sometimes experience consecutive loses but still cover up them in just one good trade, and that is very possible. So to be able to get in that place, we have to journal our trades.

Money is more essential because what good that knowledge to you if you can't open the trade, you can test you analysis on demo accounts but you can't experience the real trading in demo accounts.

Just like you said, until we don't open real trade we can't really understand price action and the dynamics of market therefore money is the most essential part because you can't trade without money but after money education has the second place.

Discipline and patience etc. are some of the characteristics that a trader must have in order to survive in trading profession.

No one trades for fun, people trade inorder to make more money from it. But then, they cannot make that money without having sufficient knowledge about trading. Knowledge about what trading really is, the risks involved, how to manage risks and many more. It is still from the knowledge acquired that they can form a strategy after assessing themselves, their goals and risks tolerance.

what matters the most is winning the trade you execute regardless of what kind of trader your are.

if you discipline yourself in just riding the pump and you know you still can gain, the ride the pump. reading the chart still is essential in trading, you can even disregard the fundamental news especially in the bull market as long as you can win a trade. you are just fine. and if not, then you should be going back to the basics again.

The things you have been mentioned on your op those are the main elements of trading, you and no one can ever imagine a trade i.e. trading as to be successful without one of them.
Like if you just choose the strategy and knowledge without money, then how could be that a trading? And if you don't have any knowledge or strategy on your trading them It wouldn't be called the trading it should be called the gambling.
So 3 of them are much important also I will  include one more thing that is the analysis skills.

This remind me of when I came into trading as a newbie and I use demo account and a lot of profits was coming smoothly and some little strategy was working fine and going smoothly, no emotions no fear, no trauma , no depression and so much. But the first day I entered an entry on my real money account I was following my strategy but I face alot of emotions, fear , trauma and I was so scared to loss a single penny to the market. It really hurts me alot when I lose money and I face alot of loss despite the knowledge but it gives me more understanding and experience when I tried out the real money account and demo account will bring profits to you but when it comes to real money account then it real hard no free money you  really have to work hard.
 
In addition, the trading market you see is something that works with alot of things not only capital, knowledge, strategy and analysis applies to bring out positive result so I don’t really think any of this ain’t important all are very important and despite them you need more to add to them to become a professional and profitable trader such example are discipline, commitment, dedication and much more. This trading works in hand with alot of things cause from the market you can earn millions in just a trade and vice versa you can still lose so hard works pays alot and it works in hand with trading also so non of them are less important all are very important.
