Definitely, I just refill my budget when I feel like there was a game that I might have a high chance of winning like in sports betting, so I will go as low as $20.00 to refill and then bet on the team that I want to win or with the better odds. Then after that, let's see how it goes, if I win they go and continue to bet. But if lose, then maybe I have to stop and reset everything. And maybe at the start of the week if I got my paycheck then continue to go on and play again.

Sincerely gambling budgets is very important to us to because it helps us to regulate and control the way we spend money while gambling, especially when we talks about moderation and limits, setting up a budget helps us to limits the rate at which we do spend unnecessary money or the way at which we do allocate money to our gambling accounts. Budget also helps us narrow down the amount of money we spent weekly and monthly so we won't ran into uncalled expenses or running out of loses.

Those who do have allocation to their gambling activities are always that far from addiction or, becoming that trap to chasing losses and for sure, chasing losses is one of the major thing that easily attract loses and also leads to addiction.

Well, thoughout my gambling days before quitting, I only spend I think 1-5% of my income monthly because I only play lottery consistently. With the casino games I only spend small amount before deciding to stop it since I really got more loss than wins. Sports games this is ocassional since I only place bet against my neighbors and friends when their is a live coverage of our local versus foreign fighters especially in boxing and mma.

I make my gambling budget base on what am having as at the time of gambling, so what i have will only be used for the sustainability of me gambling till am able to get more funds, i don't see myself as the type of gambler who will come to gamble with the whole money they have in their casino wallet at once and later have nothing to use for gambling, but instead, i will moderately gamble and avoid being stranded without anything to use for gambling.

Personally for me it's not a weekly or monthly budgeting. I set aside few dollars after sometime and play poker with those dollars and when I lose then I stop playing for a week or few weeks. I apply the same approach on sports betting as well.

I don't gamble regularly, but sometimes when I feel like gambling, especially when there is a big event, I try to adjust my gambling budget based on my income. I’m not a frequent gambler -  I am more of the once in a while gambling type of person so my gambling budget doesn’t really have a fixed schedule I might decide to play some casino games today and tomorrow and then take some time off gambling like a week or even more than that till I feel the urge to gamble again.

I see people say weekly and I’m kinda concerned if that doesn’t make them more prone to addiction? Because no matter how you’ll look at it gambling everyday exposes one to gambling addiction even if you’re gambling for fun or not; you’ll most likely want to just open your account and gamble for a bit if you’re the “everyday type” and that among the reasons why I don’t like refilling my budget steadily and just wait till I want to gamble before I make any deposit.
