If you don't want to have problems with the law, make transactions with privacy, because each country's policy is different. In my country, crypto is allowed so I have no problem when making these transactions on local exchanges.
Although taxed, because the government has allowed it, I feel safe.
I understand that there are legal differences from one region to another. Therefore, when in a supportive system and conforming to the laid down regulations one feels secure. That stated, you still need to be prudent with the sharing of your data during the times of transaction. Cryptocurrencies are legal but that doesn’t make everyone associated with it deserving of a trust. Of course I still believe that personal details should be concealed not with a view to evasion of the law but for such things as data manipulation or fraud amongst others. Legality offers predictability that is complemented by the concept of privacy to give security and protection.

Many countries are now thinking about crypto legalization and my country has also done research on crypto a few days ago. When it is legalized in a country people will be able to use it safely and risk free. My country government does not want to legalize crypto due to some negative reasons. Some of the notable reasons were concerns about money laundering and other illegal activities related to unregulated cryptocurrency trading. However, a country government can accept crypto as legal if it wants to, following certain rules and regulations. But there is no specific law in my country that considers crypto illegal.

It doesn't seem like good news, considering your government has not fully implemented regulations for cryptocurrency to circulate in your country... all the bad possibilities are true, with crypto we can launder money, but it is not much different from jewelry such as diamonds, which are also easy to launder money there....

Fears of the bad things about cryptocurrency are usually the reason for them to refuse adoption, as if they are closing themselves off to the positive possibilities that can arise from cryptocurrency...
Many governments think so, because the existence of cryptocurrency is still not accepted in many countries.... so some countries may still consider security rather than taking risks.

but the government also is not deeming it illegal lol there are lots of countries (mine included) that are stuck in such a neutral part about crypto there are no strong positive policies but there are also no strong negative policies this seems better than having a government that would act negative towards crypto

more and more countries like russia, us, china that are using bitcoin and when big countries such as those are mentioned other countries should look and try to understand what they are doing and what can we do to catch up to the big boys

Different countries in the world have distinct law, governing digital asset, despite bans or restrictions, transactions still occurs. How do these transactions occur despite regulatory challenges.
It seems that as long as there is still a way and there is still an opportunity to do it, usually people will also think about it and do it if they already know cryptocurrency. Because, this is indeed that good for getting extra income from crypto. Therefore, many people who live in countries that still ban crypto can still do it, but of course there are certain limitations, and it cannot be as free as when crypto was legal and allowed.

Luckily, I live in a country that has legalized cryptocurrency, as a commodity asset, not as a currency for payment. So I am very grateful, there are many ways that can be done and I no longer need to hide to do it.

I will not accuse any person for avoiding cryptocurrencies in the past due to pressure. What is very human when a previously free activity one undertakes becomes illegal is the fear one gets. As it is today, you have the chance to continue from where it was stopped, now that you are mature enough. It is not merely about returning to the business of trading or receiving remuneration but rather regaining the confidence that was given before it was let go. And if you still have a feeling that there is genuine worth in it, you have all the cause to go further in it. Overall, the calmness is worth more than the issues that are related to speed in chasing after the opportunities.

Yes, how do you gain back that confidence you once had in the system before the drama started. as it stands now, even if the process is now legal, people would still be sceptical about it because they just might think it is a bait used by the government to get at them because of the way they treated enthusiast before declaring it illegal. Ordinarily, the government can not be trusted in such situations, hence, people will have to apply caution when dealing with crypto.

Although the government of our country has no support for cryptocurrency, there are individuals in my country who have ignored the government and have stayed actively investing in cryptocurrency regardless of the government's opinion. If you find such individuals as business owners or vendors and then offer to pay them in Bitcoin, and they accept, a transaction could be carried out even without the government's knowledge or use of the government institution talking about the banks.

Before, in my country, using crypto was not an issue, as many people were trading on bitcoin, and banks too were also processing crypto transactions but all of a sudden it took a dive and the government began to hunt down local exchanges and crypto traders to the point of even having legal issues with binance. The government also arrested crypto traders, accusing them of money laundering. All these made crypto enthusiasts in my country go solo, and nobody was coming out to talk about crypto anymore, talk of transacting openly. However, all these happened during the previous administration, and now this current administration has approved crypto in the country, and so far, crypto traders and enthusiasts have been liberated and are currently doing their trades  and organisations beginning to accept crypto for services and payment.
This is quite a scary situation, is the change that drastic and that severe until now for various connections with crypto? It could be that different periods will provide different policies too. Some countries are still that strict until now about crypto. Including the mindset of its citizens. Even in my country where crypto is already legally legal as a commodity asset, there are still many pros and cons related to its use among the community.

Different countries in the world have distinct law, governing digital asset, despite bans or restrictions, transactions still occurs. How do these transactions occur despite regulatory challenges.
Many countries have strict rules and regulations for crypto users like in China if the government wants to give punishment to a crypto users they make a good example of him/her but if they don't want to then they don't even look at them, same way there are fewer countries left now, where they have strict restrictions on usage of crypto although people are still using decentralized platform to use the crypto.

Due to the adoption in USA, many countries even mine, have adopted crypto now and we can easily talk, explore and do trading in crypto world. We can do anything but scam in here haha.

If you find such individuals as business owners or vendors and then offer to pay them in Bitcoin, and they accept, a transaction could be carried out even without the government's knowledge or use of the government institution talking about the banks.
Sounds very similar to my country. Although I don't think you could find a store openly accepting crypto here, due to it being illegal. Some online/digital services accept crypto, though, although most of them are anonymous by nature, so there's a risk associated with it.

I don't think it's possible for any government to completely block crypto payments unless they can work together with other countries. I don't think the cost is worth it to begin with. Small/medium businesses don't have enough volume, and governments would rather focus on tracking scammers.

I've been using crypto to pay for VPNs for years now. I don't have any issues with it. Hopefully it will continue to be like that.

I will not say my country is crypto friendly because of how they have handle things relating to cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) in the past, even though we have heard a new statement that sound as if they may be considering a review in regards to dealing in the country but the fact is even though they make any move in things that may be favouring cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) today, Bitcoin enthusiasts in the country will be very careful with them because of how the acted earlier, so for now I haven't seen a good move by my dear country government that seem encouraging for bitcoiner or crypto enthusiasts in general.

            -      Like you here in our country, our government is relaxed when it comes to bitcoin or cryptocurrency, especially in making transactions from the exchange earning to cryptocurrency to our fiat, this has been happening for several years now.

And until now, any of our citizens here is also free to do bitcoin or cryptocurrency depending on the choice that any of us will make here. The only thing that is not good is that cryptocurrency seems to be politicized in other aspects here, like that.

That sounds exactly like the situation in our country. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have never been completely illegal because we have never had any official laws about them, but the government and the banks have always been against them. Anyone involved with cryptocurrencies and making transactions involving them used to face consequences such as getting their accounts blocked and funds confiscated by the banks, and then asking for proof of funds to get both the account and funds released.

However, that was in the past, and currently, the government is working on legalizing cryptocurrencies, they have formed an organization for it that has signed CZ Binance as a legal advisor, and recently, Binance has sponsored a team in a cricket league going on in our country. So, the situation is much better now, but in the past, just like you said, things were very bad for crypto users.
