I checked with two different browsers and the site is online and functional from my end, could you check again, or perhaps it's some internet issues from your end.

I did navigate through the pages on the site, including the TOR address, and it is as stated in the image: "All systems operational"

Tried with Opera, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. The site is offline.
Also, tried with a mobile device, another internet provider, two different browsers, Brave, and Safari. Also, the site is unavailable.

I just tried it from my side. The VPN was on,
 as I always used one. And I surprisingly I got the error, ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED...I had to turn off my VPN to make it work and it did! So far the site and everything looks good and operational!

You can change your VPN location next time this happens It is very possible the VPN location was changed to the any of the countries of people that are complaining that they are having it difficult to access the site until they use VPN.

I believe I was connected to Japan, lol..Regarding using TOR network, I actually do use TOR but only when I need extreme privacy or anonymity! As for normal browsing, visiting the forum and so on, I prefer VPNs, because I have a rather slow WIFI connection. As a result I always have a slow/bitter experience when using TOR. It would say "Establishing connection" and take a while. I guess, it is time to upgrade my speed.

Tor is more frustrating if you are using it for he everything every time because it is slow and many sites are rejecting Tor in a way you will not be able to visit most sites. I do not know of now but it was what I experienced in the past.

I got what you meant! Normally, I do use tor and other means while accessing mixer and sites related to crypto, because crypto is still banned at my place. So I have to maintain the highest level of anonymity as possible to avoid any accidents! In this case, for cointor, yes I went from vpn to clearnet only to check it's accessibility.

The slowness still exists! Sometime the network won't even connect. I used to restart my device, uninstall and and install tor browser just to make it work...

After reading your post, I tested CoinTor on all browsers and even Tor and CoinTor.org version on Tor, and everything is fine and fast. Have you experienced the same with all the other mixers? You mentioned sometime how often is sometimes.
I hope you can fix the issue so you can try CoinTor.org service.

I think it is better not to send below the stipulated amount stated, to avoid a very long story. If the amount of Bitcoin will be affected on either transactions fee or some side charges that might follow, it is better to send above the stipulated price, even if it is with a few Satoshi on top, than for it to be below. I am not part of the team, obeying their rules is important, cause at such situation, they might not be held accountable for anything, as it was well stated.

As for the 'Tor' in the name, I think it's unlikely that the mixing company is part of the same organization as the Tor browser just because it has Tor in the name.

The service is under great management, has everything it needs to build a good brand and establish its presence on this forum.

I think it's very important for the mixer to specify in its terms what happens when a customer sends an amount less than a minimum deposit, to avoid conflicts.

I don't think transaction will be initiated if the minimum amount is not reached... Because I guess that's how most transactions not related to mixing works... So it possibly should apply to mixers too (it's just my thoughts, I can possibly be wrong).

I saw some comments from other members regarding the website not opening. Mine is opening very well without interruption.

Both of you are right but coming from different angle of things, the realities is changing and mixers are heading towards centralization more than it was meant to be a decentralized and privacy enhancing services, there is no other thing to suspect other than mixer trying to protect their business from getting climb down by government and for that they may decide to implement more due diligence check and data collection from their users.
