What is the best thing to do with tokens gotten from airdrops?

If it's peanut amount I don't do anything but if it's significant, I sell portion of it and hold it in prominent alts (btc/eth) and rest in hold as moon bag — this has worked out well.

Usually what common scenario happen is there a dump would happen especially that early adopters also devs might sell it early. To bad for them if they encounter a huge dump so instead of getting a profit already they might became a bag holder and will not get anything for the project they participated.

I think what you said about the airdrop results where it is not profitable to hold for long is true because what happens is the price will plummet, and it is possible that what we get can not be sold anymore, because the value is very worthless. Airdrop devs only want profit for themselves and do not want to do development to increase it, so it is no wonder that the airdrop results are not worth holding for the long term. It is better to sell it immediately when you get them before the value drops.
