Custom Title aka Member Group "Compromised"

I found one more question and maybe this will be a unique reference in the future by all members on altcoinstalks.

I sometimes have discussions with D. Mod Coordinator dragononcrypto so I was interested in seeing his profile, so I noticed several times that he had a lot of ranks and a lot of referrals too.
But there is one thing we need to know, in the referral section there are members who have a unique Member Group or Custom Title and I think I have never seen this before.

I have also read in the subforum section Ranks & Membergroups but I haven't found the meaning of Compromised.

kantzone have Member Groups like as"Compromised" . Does anyone here know the meaning and function of "Compromised"?

Is "Compromised" what is considered negative?
Is "Compromised" what is considered positive?
