Not all sites are safe about endorsing bitcoin,there are some fishing sites scattered all over social media society and not all country are accepting bitcoin there is country who probihited bitcoin like china and there some.You can say safe as long as you dont give you private keys to other people or sites that requiring information about us.

should it be made available in all countries, yes? but it depends on the countries readiness to accept the use of bitcoin. bitcoin is already known and accepted by other countries though.

Even there are many apps in play store that can give someone an access to buy bitcoin this is not enough for to make bitcoin acceptable globally because government is the enemy of it.

Hopefully that wish will happen soon, i also believed that but the problem is that their are some government do like the idea of bitcoin, they have reasons but the most common reason i think is that the price of bitcoin is volatile/unstable and thats make them worry, and they also think that bitcoin can be used in money laundering that is very common nowadays.

Possible if all nations will adapt this investment so that it can be totally use everywhere and anytime but for now it is very impossible to happen because there are countries that are against the existence so maybe we will wait for few or more year before these countries will realize the positive aspects of Bitcoin currency.
