I would not advice to sell ethereum for cheap rather big peak is expected next time when bulls control the market completely so if you want to take profit you should take at around 3k to 5k range.

In the long-term I don't think is the time to be selling Ethereum when it's still at a >50% discount from it's all time high, even if it could correct in the near future. Beacon chain has just launched, 2.0 is on it's way, once the gas fees issue is resolved Ether price will continue to improve over time.
